To those times where you feel your mind in chaos over something; maybe a decision or maybe a feeling. Those times where your thoughts poke and prod, eating away at this something within you. You think the easiest thing, or the safest thing to do is to remain stationary and unchanged, praying that it will all pass over. But to do so is to stagnate. You know it won’t pass over. It’s hard, it’s exhausting and its scary. But sooner or later, you have to move, even if you have to fall.
