Mostly because I stopped taking my mood stabilizers and became a shell of a human. Also, because the world is on fire.

My last post was about how I was exhibiting unemployed behavior, as a joke but guess what?

Between my last post and now, I've had car trouble every month, my job transferred me to another location, my expenses became insane because of that, my dog had a pyometra and almost died, the bill for her surgery was equally scary. Was told my contract would not be renewed because "my salary was too high for the work I did" and right now they had too many expenses to allow me to stay - despite telling me last month I was probably going back to the original location in January aka clear display of plans for me to stay. Found out my dog has tumors, so I'm prepping for a couple of months of more bills.

I'm exhausted. It's been hit after hit. 5 months of just pure shit. But at least I'm ~ aware ~

I'm back on the mood stabilizers. Literally started 2 days ago. Got my parents and friends support about losing my job. Filing for unemployment and hopefully I get to take courses in other areas besides tourism cuz this shit ain't it. I feel like I've lost 11 years of my life to this. But it's never too late for a career shift. Like, I CLEARLY have nothing to lose.

My best friend is also unemployed atm. Just a couple of loser besties. At least we get to hang out again like we used to when we were teenagers.
