Paisen:  Slang term for “sen””pai” (syllables reversed). Originated as a Gyoukai Yougo (業界用語) (Literally = industry word). Used jokingly among friends but I believe Nagi used it here to mock the situation (LOL). Source

Talk Theme 1 - What were you into 10 years ago?

Izumi Mitsuki: Was there anything you were really into ten years ago?

Momo: Ten years ago, huh. Ten years ago for me and Haruka were two completely different time periods.

Isumi Haruka: Yeah, probably.

Momo: I was fifteen back then. How about you?

Isumi Haruka: Seven.

Momo: So young!!

Yuki: Literally just a kid.

Izumi Mitsuki: What about you, Tamaki? What were you into?

Yotsuba Tamaki: King Pudding.

Nikaido Yamato: You’re impressive, y’know that?

Rokuya Nagi: You don’t hop on trends.

Yotsuba Tamaki: What about you, Nagicchi? What were you into before you got into anime?

Rokuya Nagi: I liked many things. Gem encyclopedias, ships, cars, trains, toy vehicles and period dramas.

Nikaido Yamato: Period dramas? That’s pretty elegant.

Rokuya Nagi: What about you, Yamato?

Nikaido Yamato: Ten years ago… probably manga or something. Stuff that was popular back then. Yaotome, you’re the same age, you know “Paradox” right?

Yaotome Gaku: Oh yeah. I liked the main character.

Nikaido Yamato: I was more into the rival.

Yaotome Gaku: Ah, that does sound like you, Nikaido.

Nikaido Yamato: You can tell?

Yaotome Gaku: We watched movies together a couple of times, so I realized you always like the antagonists and rivals.

Nikaido Yamato: That’s kinda embarrassing.

Yuki: Yamato-kun tends to sympathize with slightly twisted characters.

Isumi Haruka: I have a question for the adults here.

Mido Torao: The adults?

Tsunashi Ryuunosuke: You mean us?

Momo: What is it?

Isumi Haruka: Did you guys like those colorful rubber balls when you were kids?

Momo: I loved them.

Yaotome Gaku: Same here.

Inumaru Touma: Oh yeaahh, those things. I had some too.

Yotsuba Tamaki: People collect those super bouncy ones.

Isumi Haruka: I knew it! So they’re generational!

Natsume Minami: I wasn’t particularly into them.

Osaka Sougo: I didn’t even know they existed until I was older.

Nanase Riku: I liked them. I was hospitalized once when I was a kid and my family bought one for me. I wasn’t allowed to throw it in the hospital room, so I looked forward to throwing it as hard as I could as soon as I got discharged.

Kujo Tenn: I see. What a sweet story, just like you, Nanase-san. What about the Izumi brothers? Was there anything you were both into?

Izumi Mitsuki: Was there anything like that?

Izumi Iori: Our tastes and hobbies are quite different.

Izumi Mitsuki: We did play card games, though. And not just regular playing cards, there were some pretty unusual ones too.

Izumi Iori: Ah, that’s true.

Nanase Riku: Let’s all play together sometime.

Izumi Mitsuki: Sounds good! Meet at my parents’ place. 10 a.m.

Mido Torao: That’s early.

Izumi Mitsuki: We’re going to the candy shop.

Talk Theme 2 - “Something you can do now that you thought you couldn’t do 10 years ago?”

Momo: Cooking!

Izumi Mitsuki: You’re joking?

Momo: I can do it! I mean, I think I can!

Nanase Riku: I also thought I’d never be able to cook 10 years ago.

Izumi Iori: Don’t make it sound like you can do it now.

Nanase Riku: I can! You ate the fried rice I made the other day!

Nikaido Yamato: How was it?

Izumi Iori: I don’t think calling it “fried” would be accurate, it was simmered, or steamed.

Inumaru Touma: Ahh, I get it. It got all mushy.

Tsunashi Ryuunosuke: Why don’t you try turning up the heat next time? It might come out fluffier.

Rokuya Nagi: Mitsuki’s fried rice is delicious. It’s nice and fluffy.

Nikaido Yamato: Mitsu’s definitely the fried rice master of our group. What about you guys?

Yaotome Gaku: The best fried rice in our group?

Kujo Tenn: Isn’t it Ryuu’s?

Yaotome Gaku: Absolutely his.

Yuki: That’s right

Momo: My darling’s fried rice is super good!

Mido Torao: Mine’s gotten pretty good too.

Mido Torao: I have. I stir-fried frozen fried rice the other day.

Natsume Minami: That hardly counts as cooking.

Mido Torao: You think so? Anyways, changing the topic, Minami’s pepperoncino was really delicious.

Inumaru Touma: Yeah, it was great. Even though you whipped it up real quick.

Isumi Haruka: It was a little spicy for me. But still good.

Natsume Minami: Thank you.

Izumi Mitsuki: So who’s the best pan flipper?

Inumaru Touma: Probably me or Mina.

Isumi Haruka: Touma’s really good at it. It looks cool.

Inumaru Touma: You mean the tossin’ part?

Isumi Haruka: Yeah. Like, you’re all concentrated and stuff and then bam.

Mido Torao: That does look cool.

Natsume Minami: It is. Very much so.

Inumaru Touma: How come you guys are not bashful about it!? You’re praising me a lot!

Isumi Haruka: …Not really…

Mido Torao: I wasn’t praising you or anything…

Natsume Minami: Just comparatively speaking.

Inumaru Touma: Yeah, yeah. Just you wait, I’ll flip some fried eggs for you anytime you’re in a bad mood.

Isumi Haruka: You’re gonna carry a frying pan around or what? Wait, what were we talking about again?

Yuki: What was it… dumplings?

Momo: Fried rice, darling.

Kujo Tenn: Things you couldn’t do 10 years ago but can now.

Momo: Right, right. Tenn-chan, what about you?

Kujo Tenn: Being an idol, I guess.

Izumi Mitsuki: Oh I’m sure!

Kujo Tenn: I’m being quite hyperbolic. Though I can’t quite put it into words.

Izumi Iori: How very stoic.

Izumi Mitsuki: I feel the same! I didn’t want to think it was impossible, but I wondered if it might be. Sougo, you feel the same way, right?

Osaka Sougo: Yes. I never thought I’d be able to compose music myself.

Nanase Riku: Sougo-san, you’re so cool! You’re amazing!

Osaka Sougo: Thank you.

Yotsuba Tamaki: You worked super hard. I’m glad you did.

Osaka Sougo: Yeah. What about you, Tamaki-kun?

Yotsuba Tamaki: Being five minutes early.

Nikaido Yamato: You’re actually doing that now!? Seriously!?

Nanase Riku: Iori, you’re acting like a scary senior.

Yuki: Are you talking about us?

Nanase Riku: Re:vale-san aren’t that scary.

Momo: Awesome! Your love meter went up! Thank you!

Izumi Mitsuki: It never went down in the first place. What about you two? Anything you couldn’t do before but can now?

Yuki: Personally, I think it’s amazing that I somehow managed to lead a normal life.

Momo: According to Yuki himself.

Yuki: Yeah. I never thought I’d be able to make a living ten years ago.

Momo: And now you’re a celebrity! Yuki, you’re amazing~!

Tsunashi Ryuunosuke: What about you, Nagi-kun? Anything you can do now?

Rokuya Nagi: I can wake myself up in the morning now.

Tsunashi Ryuunosuke: You’re such a prince.

Nanase Riku: Totally a prince. Did you have someone wake you up before?

Rokuya Nagi: Yes. Though ten years ago… At nine years old, I may have already started waking up alone.

Inumaru Touma: What about you, Yaotome? Though you’re the kinda guy who could always do anything.

Yaotome Gaku: Not really.

Inumaru Touma: Like what? Is there something you managed to overcome?

Yaotome Gaku: How do I word this… I got better at speaking honestly with my family.

Inumaru Touma: Ah… your dad?

Yaotome Gaku: Yeah. Just a little.

Tsunashi Ryuunosuke: I think you were always honest. But yeah, you’re definitely in a better place now.

Kujo Tenn: Maybe the president became more honest too. Or maybe he just mellowed out.

Natsume Minami: Isumi-san, what about you? Is there something you can do now?

Isumi Haruka: I can eat the veggies I used to hate now.

Yaotome Gaku: Something like “You’ve grown up so much, good for you,” maybe?

Tsunashi Ryuunosuke: Wait, this implies I still have room to grow taller (laughs)

Kujo Tenn: Ryuu, you’re already plenty handsome. What happens if you level up even more?

Tsunashi Ryuunosuke: Maybe I’ll actually become sexy?

Momo: Wait!? I don’t think text alone could convey what’s happening here!? You’re saying the word “sexy” while you look so pure and innocent…!

Tsunashi Ryuunosuke: Ahaha. Now I’m getting embarrassed.

Nanase Riku: Why don’t we do something together? Let’s all meet up on this same day, 10 years from now!

Yaotome Gaku: That sounds fun!

Isumi Haruka: Do you think everyone will actually be able to be there? Like, I mean, will we still be in touch by then…?

Tenn Kujo: We will. Let’s make sure we stay connected.

Isumi Haruka: Yes… wait, no, I mean, sure I guess.

Yotsuba Tamaki: Why’d you take that back? Are you guys in ŹOOĻ tryin’ to act scary and nonchalant or something?

Isumi Haruka: We wanna be intimidating.
