Caffeine is a double-edged sword. It's generally exceedingly good at helping treat migraines but every once in a while it can actually trigger one 🤢
I actually found out that tea is worse for migraines (at least for me personally) than coffee because tea contain more tannins which are/ can be a migraine trigger. The darker the tea, the more the tannins apparently, such as black and green. Herbal teas seem fine.
