Those of you who have been following for a bit know we have somewhat of a tradition when a new expansion is coming out. That tradition is to giveaway some gems and gold. Uuuuuuh, yeah.

I don't know how much of GW2 tumblr uses GShade and stays up to date on the FFXIV side of things but GShade will no longer be updated due to "drama"—a good summary of the situation with links to resources can be found here.

The simplified TL;DR is that the lead dev of GShade added malware to it in order to...combat someone else's open source third party tool that 1. Prevented it from constantly disabling itself and forcing users to update 2. Would use the installer to download presets and apply them to regular Reshade.

The malware has been backtracked but the damage is done all around and GShade will be discontinued. If you intend to keep your presets and migrate to Reshade DO NOT UNINSTALL GSHADE YET. GShade is now unavailable otherwise.
