Any tips for someone who wants to continue growing despite a likely T2 Diabetes diagnosis in her near future?

I'm about 100lbs out from where I want to be, suddenly have a feeder in my life, and my body is doing this now. I just want to continue to eat and grow. But I worry that the fatigue from it all will stop me before I get up to the 450lb goal I have for myself.

I'll be honest, I don't pay much attention to my diabetes and just eat what I want, when I want. All I do is take my meds, and even then, I often forget to.

If I had to complain about anything with my mobility scooter, it'd be the rubber mat on the deck. It slides too easily. I was going to use velcro or something to keep it in place, but I might go with grip tape instead.
