The Biden administration literally set the framework and foundation for demonizing student protestors that the Trump administration is building off of.

Heres a quote from Mahmoud Khalil himself:

“My unjust detention is indicative of the anti-Palestinian racism that both the Biden and Trump administrations have demonstrated over the past 16 months as the U.S. has continued to supply Israel with weapons to kill Palestinians and prevented international intervention,”

When students asked Biden to condemn police violence towards peaceful student protestors, he made a speech falsely claiming that the students weren't being peaceful and so they were not protected under the first amendment.

Have you read Mahmoud Khalil's letter recently? He talks about a Senegalese man who has been in the same detention center for A YEAR. Deprived of the same civil liberties that Mahmoud is. In the same legal limbo Mahmoud is right now. Remind me again which administration was responsible for that?
