I don't know if people are uneducated or just don't care but people need to be aware of how serious allergies are. My daughter has gone into anaphylactic shock before, luckily we were already aware of her allergy and that she had accidentally consumed a peanut, so we were ready when it happened and hit her with her Epi pen and rushed to the ER. It's absolutely terrifying that while at school and around other kids in general, this could be overlooked and without her Epi pen and immediate knowledge of what's going on, she could die. The only protection we have is knowledge. Knowledge is power. Educate yourself and your kids. It could save someone's life. ❤️
