start off with backwards motion and switch to form momentum, looks like uses an inside edge to leap into the jump; makes sense, pull the outer leg in to make spins more spinny (also why the arms come in fast, smaller area, more spins - like rotating in an office chair going faster with arms tucked instead of spread) but then does, hm, four? wait that can't be right ...no, that's actually four, what the hell that's way too many four! spins!! then lands, again inside edge, going backwards!! perfect control, no stutters, no lurching, leg out & arms up/out to help with slowing down doesn't slow down much cause immediately launches self into air to do Another FOUR SPINS AGAIN (blink & you'll miss the same change-direction-momentum trick from before) and then lands, decides that's enough and actually slows down into showy opportunity for applause

the most impressive bits of this (to me) are 1) how little speed goes into the jump, which implies an awful lot of raw muscle is what's driving the launch, which makes the amount of air absurd - that's a high jump! it's well above the ice! ofc it'd have to be, to manage four spins, but still 2) how very, very, very well controlled this person is cause like i mentioned, no wobbles, no hesitation, smooth take-offs, smooth landings, and chaining both of them together? extremely awesome 3) absolutely absurd amounts of situations/spatial awareness: the camera person is likely on the ice, the spins need a certain amount of air, the launch requires a certain amount of momentum, the landings are all done backwards (blind!) & right after a disorienting amount of spins - and not one beat is missed, and finally 4) did i mention FOUR!? SPINS???

for the tl;dr version? 4A probably means 4-axel, with 4 being the number of rotations & axel being the type of spin (iirc the most difficult?) and this person does TWO IN A ROW
