•Don't worry about a specific branch of Paganism, just try things out(unless it's considered a closed practice) and if it doesn't feel right for you then don't stress about it, if it feels right for you then keep doing it especially if you enjoy it.

•remember to take breaks, i have had times where i forgot to do it and i got very burned out in my practice especially when i first started Because i was focused too hard on it so I wasn't having a lot of time to myself because i was too focused on having time for my deities.

•Maybe devote a specific day or time of day to do deity worship (for instance if you worship Nyx than doing worship at night is a good idea), you don't have to do anything elaborate, you could just do a quick prayer (could be for gratitude to that deity, or asking for something like have a good nights sleep for example.)

•i recommend also doing research on things you're genuinely interested in. I have a post about YouTube channels, apps, websites, books, etc that talks about where you can get some information from.

•You can celebrate the pagan holidays but you don't have to if you don't want to, i barely celebrate them myself, although I'm personally not really someone who does a lot for holidays usually anyways, but don't stress about the holidays if you miss them.

•also on that note, if you do celebrate Ostara/any other pagan holidays for that matter, and have any allergies around a specific time of year, pray to a healing deity to help you with seasonal allergies if you have any, I'm saying this because the first time i tried to celebrate ostara my allergies(they get bad during spring because of the pollen) were awful that year and it happened the same day as Ostara so i never got to do anything for it that year and being very new to it at the time, i was very sad about it.

•Start with worshipping one or two maybe even three (if you think that you'll be able to handle that, but it's probably better to worship at most, two as a begginer, three may or may not be pushing it a little bit.) deities because as fun and exciting as it is to basically collect deities to worship like they're (for lack of better words) Pokémon because there's so many to choose from that you could worship.

• it's also important to note that you're using energy when actively worshipping them, so as a begginer it's best to start out with at least one deity you find interesting and genuinely want to worship.

•The Gods arent going to be mad at you for a simple mistake (like accidentally knocking something off their altar, or even non mistakes such as not praying to them everyday), but if you actively disrespect them (like making fun of them, or even saying something like comparing you or someone else's beauty to Aphrodite (which you should never do.) , or doing things like committing a crime for example) then they might be mad at you.

•Read mythology, especially myths about the deity/deities you worship. Learn about they're family as well.

•The Gods will understand if you need a break, if anything you can devote taking care of yourself to them because they actually care that you do that.

•You don't necessarily need any fancy tools to practice, you can use what you already have on hand (although the tools can be useful at times), another thing is that you can always improvise, like if you need to hide your practice for safety reasons (such as having a unaccepting family that you live with for example) and you want to learn tarot but can't buy a deck you can always improvise by learning how to do readings with playing cards.
