🥧 - have you and your f/o tried to bake something together? how did it go? what did you make?

Mars likes to bake, but can only make stuff from the box. Trying to bake without instructions ends horribly. The last time he tried, he ended up making a huge mess in the oven. So he sticks to box mixes!! Mafi isn't much of a baker, so he usually stays out of the kitchen and waits to do the dishes when Mars is all done. Brownies and peanut butter cookies are very common in their house.

⛈️ - what do you do when there's bad storms? is there anything you do to comfort each other? or maybe you like to watch the storms?

Storms are a little tough, because Mars doesn't do well with thunder. The noise panics him, but also, due to being hypermobile the air pressure changes really make his body hurt. When the weather is forecasted to be bad, Mafi & Mars usually end up staying in bed snuggling. Mafi will take care of Mars until it passes and his soreness fades. So he makes dinner, and rubs his back, and helps him to his feet when he needs to move!!

🪺 - what does your dream back/front yard look like?

Finn would definitely want a house by the ocean, so I imagine our dream front yard would be the beach HAHAHA!! He can't help it, he's a shark man. I don't think he'd be able to sleep without the sound of waves crashing.

🔑 - which one of you locks themselves out of the house more often?

MARS. FOR SURE. He constantly forgets where he left his key, where he put his spare, and if he even locked the door when he left. More often than not, he needs to call Finn to get back into the house. Helping Mars is not the problem Finn has with this, his issue is that they've lost so many keys it's absurd. Eventually, Mars invests in a key ring, and it helps the situation a lot.

🎬 - is there a go to movie that you and your f/o watch on a movie night? do they have a favorite? who picks the movies?

Honestly, I think their go to movie probably rotates a lot!! Anything that they can watch with half-attention while they snuggle works for them. Mars' favorite movie is Kung Fu Panda, and Finn really likes Chicago. Picking out a movie is something they like doing together!! Though if FInn is tired, Mars gets the honor of selecting their film.

🃏 - if you and your f/o were to be snowed in for several days with no power, what would you two do to keep away boredom?

Rafta has a very shifty climate, so being snowed in isn't entirely out of the question during the winter. Being without power is really what kills Mars. Once his phone and his laptop die, he's distraught. Thankfully Finn has lots of ways to distract him!! Board games & books are their biggest saviors. Two player Monopoly gets surprisingly heated, and voicing characters while reading a book together takes a lot of practice and most importantly, a big chunk of time.
