Meet Black Sapphire Cookie and Sugar Apple Cookie!

These are the variants specifically from the Paradise Timeline. One interesting thing to note is that Sugar Apple was originally a Sugar Angel before splitting off from Eternal Sugar to join Shadow Milk, all because she became close with Black Sapphire. The two are very close, often considering each other siblings.

Black Sapphire is a unique case, being born in the Faerie Kingdom before accidentally stumbling upon the Spire when he was young. As much as Shadow Milk denies the events, he did take the cookie in due to both recognition and missing his minions back in the main timeline.

He taught Sapphire how to preform those shows when he showed interest, which is what eventually led him to meet Sugar Apple Cookie. She practically begged to join him back to wherever his home was, so when Sapphire relented and brought her, Shadow Milk also realized the resemblance to Candy Apple and brought her in as well.

The two work as a pair nowadays. They don't see Truthless often but when they do, most of the time Apple does the antagonizing. Sapphire is probably the most casual towards the hermit, but isn't really fond of him. He just considers him off-putting and constantly numb to his quips.

I decided to work on Strawberry's look. In my opinion, with every adventure she becomes more confident thanks to Gingerbrave and friends, and I wanted to reflect that in the design - to make her a little more open.

And here are a couple of my sketches. I initially thought about a skirt, but ultimately settled on the second one, as it suits her better and looks more appropriate for adventures.
