Reading: I finished People To Follow by Olivia Worley (⭐️⭐️/5) like two days ago. It honestly wasn't that great... but it was entertaining enough so it gets a little bit of a pass.

Last Series: I'm in the middle of watching so many series it's ridiculous but the last series I watched in full was His & Hers (⭐️⭐️/5) on Netflix. Pretty mid (imho) but I liked the final twist. Truly didn't think the story had it in her by that point but she surprised me. It only took them 6 full episodes to get there but they got there so kudos for that one, I guess.

Last Movie: I haven't watched a movie in so long I don't even remember what was the last movie I watched lol 😅.

Last Song: Who We Are by Hozier 🫶

Sweet or Salty: It depends. I have been craving salty lately but I have also been craving chocolate glazed donuts. So I'm gonna say both. First sweet, then salty. Is that healthy? Probably not. But who cares?

Tea or Coffee: Again, it depends. But so far I have drank like six coffees this weekend alone (much to the concern of my brother 😅) so I'm gonna say coffee this time.

Working On: Fandom wise? Not much, really. Just enjoying the content atm. Personal? I started working on a new writing project this weekend (hence the coffee) so currently working on that.

Reading: Drugstore Cowboy. I haven’t been reading it at all lately though cuz I’m so busy with school :(

Last Series: Breaking Bad !! I think I’m on the 4th episode? Maybe the 5th?

Last Movie: pick of destiny maybe? Which I loved. Jack black was so iconic in the 2000s

Reading:

Trying to get read some of the more iconic comics with the Joker in them, also the super dictionary its the funniest thing ever. I do also have a physical book i carry around, though its not in english, i’m guessing the title would translate to something akin to Autumn Smoke. I picked it up in a thriftstore because it chaught my attention due to the lack of introduction at the back of the book and the fact that it was released in 1962 and this copy was printed in 1963. From what i was able to find online its apparently written in germany and pro-socialism and anti-nazism in themes. I’m not the biggest fan of socialism but hey widening my horizons and allat

The last one i finished was Batman Beyond, but before that i did also watch the 1997 batman cartoons, the 1992 batman cartoons and the 1977 batman cartoons. And i’m currently watching the 2004 ones

Tea on rare occasions. Coffee i hate. Energy drinks are preferable to both. But if tea then herbal and no sugar nor milk nor whatever the fuck else people manage to shove in there

Working on:

A book where there’s a dystopia to utopia pipeline (however its not in english) and my valentines day Batjokes comic. Also my Joker cosplay and my Batman hoodie.

Shifting in between the Batman comic ‘hush’ as well as ‘the book of bill’ and trying to decode it :D

Salty/savory for food, if I eat too much sweet stuff in the same hour, I genuinely get disgusted by the taste and won’t eat said thing for a week or so.

The Count of Monte Cristo (so good so far-weird though because I read an abridged version as a little kid, so some of it feels familiar, some does not), the Failure of Nonviolence (just started it, interesting so far), Assata Shakur’s autobiography (halfway through but would absolutely recommend this to anyone), the Nine Worlds Rising series (Norse mythology based adult romance series-so far so good).

Last Series:

Andor (haven’t finished the second season but the first one is an absolute masterpiece with so many real life revolution inspirations-it’s very relevant right now as well-soooo good)

Last movie:

Secondhand Lions (supposed to be a comedy but makes me emotional for some reason-beware some unfortunate Arab stereotypes similar to live-action Aladdin level of stereotypes, but surprisingly not bad for its time and overall the point of the movie is kinda not to fall for stereotypes, at least in the way I see it, but still good to be aware of-also I totally ship Walter and the sheik’s grandson)

Reading: okay so technically a million things but of what im CURRENTLY attempting to actually read: White fragility by Robin DiAngelo, a book about celtic mythology i dont remember the specific name of, and Ghostland: an american history in haunted places. (technically currently reading but havent read for a couple weeks) Dreadnought, which is about a trans girl superhero, it's excellent so far. andddd a million other books i have started and not finished and occasionally read a chapter or two of. lately a lot of nonfiction, mainly history and archeology and mythology.

Last series: iiiii THINK an episode of poldark? So season 1 of Poldark, overdramatic PBS show that is sometimes painfully straight but gods i love it. Unless jet lag on youtube counts in which case the latest hide and seek season of jet lag. Ben better have a good run or im throwing hands. Last movie: (btw that's wild that you brought up secondhand lions, my grandparents tried to convince me to watch it with them a while ago and i remember looking it up and had decided not to watch it because of some of the more problematic aspects lol) A nice Indian boy. gay romcom with jonathon groff that made me sob for the last 20 minutes of the movie. it's so good, and the generational trauma bits are handled so well and also it's GAY. i've watched a lot of good movies lately tbh, a while ago i watched The Birdcage (most chaotic gay movie ever but was very fun and aged alright for a 90's(?) movie) and Spotlight, a movie based on a true story that i loved as well because it was a movie about journalism (very heavy topic though so beware of that). Working on: oh gods. okaayyyy so. my schoolwork, specifically ASL and writing. trying to rest and have fun, specifically getting back into clangen and art, but currently failing at that. organizing in my town to protest and prepare for a general strike. reaching out to friends i havent talked to in months. i want to get back into personal writing like my stories, rewrites and transcribing but haven't yet. researching celtic mythology and paganism and also working through religious trauma at the same time (would not recommend not fun at all actually, worst hyperfixation timing imaginable). annndddd my speech outfit and an outfit for a dance, both of which i have not done and there is less than a week to the dance and 2-ish weeks till speech. and i need new dress pants.

reading: just finished ratman's notebooks, it's SO GOOD!!!!!!! altered my brain chemistry bro it's so fucking peak and ratman is at times relatable. starting fahrenheit next

series: I really don't watch much television but I quite enjoyed smiling friends!!! it's very funny and the art is pretty nice also. the dialog is also very natural, at times it feels like watching a conversation and not a show. id def recommend!!

movie: I haven't watched a movie since '74 at Greg's Halloween party. (jk but I don't like movies much so I fr can't remember. probably a Christmas movie)

song: blue angel by the squirrel nut zippers! I'm more into metal and more aggressive stuff usually but the zippers are really hitting lately. blue angel is my fav of their songs!
