Lloykita lying on the ground and thinking about each other. Or maybe they can see each other, that’d be sweeter. Kinda the vibes of lying on a bed and talking to someone on the phone ya know.

I want so badly to see Akita again. I want Lloyd to see her and just be in awe because she’s even more stunning than Lloyd remembered. I want her to fight off some attack from animals or something and Lloyd is just enamoured by the way she fights to protect them. I want him to try so hard to maintain composure because he couldn’t stand if the kids knew he has a crush (they already do).

I want Akita to try and impress Lloyd a little bit. She has no idea what stuff is considered impressive for ninjargan men so she shows off her cooking and weaving and foraging skills all with the same energy of her fighting and tracking abilities. She pushes away Kotaru in classic sibling face pushing manner every time he tries to embarrass her.

The two of them definitely need to get into a snowball fight and then she tackles Lloyd to the ground, they do the generic pause of like “will they kiss?” And then Akita gives Lloyd a snowball to the face. Very rom com very cringe.

The others spend the episode talking to Kotaru who does an “Absolute Worst”-esque retelling of the events of Lloyd and Akita’s meeting. Specifically with Akita as a big ludicrously buff woman saving a poor helpless princess peach style Lloyd. Then Nya interrupts with her version of events. Now Lloyd is his normal lean but strong build and he’s having therapy with a wolf. When Akita turns into her human form she clearly looks similar to Harumi and the story has more of a “I can fix her” vibe. Then Kai gives his two cents.

“Both of those are boring, I bet what actually happened was”. Proceeds to tell the most atrocious cringy romance ever with very little relation to the actual events of the two’s previous adventure. Of course, just as it is getting to the peak of romantic and cringe, Lloyd and Akita’s walk over, Kai’s never gonna recover from this.

But yeah I love them a normal healthy amount actually.
