They will all look back at old pictures, see certain interviews and clips and think "oh, we're idiots". It's not even that apparent, but now that they know it kinda makes sense.

Then, next race, Marc arrives in the paddock for media day and he looks the exact same as before; he doesn't smell like an omega, doesn't act like one, he's still an asshole and he still laughs like a hyena. But it's...different. People stare as he speaks, they look at the sharp lines of his face and realise that the Spaniard is beautiful like an omega. His eyes are stunning, his lips are inviting, and everyone wonders how they all missed the signs. Truthfully, they saw Marc and simply assumed that this amount of pretty was just another unfair Márquez thing.

(Little did they know lmao.)

Marc, of course, acts like nothing happened. The journalists have no clue how to even begin asking about this, so they don't. Everyone just stares at Marc in wonder. Nothing changed, sure. But the knowledge definitely opened all of their eyes.

During all of this, Álex stands to the side cataloging everyone's reaction to his brother. He doesn't want anyone to get ideas. If he sees one alpha approaching with too much leer to them he is going to commit murder.

Of course, it does happen. Because Marc Márquez is a multiple time world champion omega who isn't bonded. Except, Álex doesn't even have to do anything.

He watches as a mechanic approaches Marc with less than ideal intent, and before he can even snarl at the man, he's being grabbed by the neck and dragged away from Álex's sight by a murderous looking Pecco.

It turns out that Marc's alpha teammate decided to make it his mission to keep the Spaniard away from assholes.

Well. Álex can get behind that.

"I'm missing two mechanics," Marc tells him that very night.

He chokes on his drink.

"You are? That's weird," he answers while clearing his throat. He's not about to tell his brother that his teammate happens to have a protective streak the length of a continent.

So yes, it is different. Now they have to be more careful, and people are definitely looking more, but they can manage.
