finally bit the bullet and went to the orthopedic express center to get my shoulder looked at..... It's been over a week and it's still seizing and tight
got referred to a pain specialist for a trigger point injection and I was gonna call and see the soonest they can get me in but they're taking lunch at the same time I am!! Rude!!
when I called them again they said the referring place doesn't usually send the referrals over til Friday anyway soooo I guess I still have to wait lmao. The shoulder is looser and less painful today, so that's better, but I still can't move my full range of motion without tension and pain, so
