So you know, try to show a little respect.
Rest in peace Sam 🕊️ 1947-2026
Hear me out...... what if.... a character got hurt... and another character.... comforted them afterwards.....
A big part of being a quadruped is being able to just lie down anytime. Waiting? Loaf time. Talking to someone shorter than you? Loaf time. Falling asleep in the sun? Loaf time. Bored? Loaf it up till something interesting happens. Leg hurt? Loaf time.
You wish you were me

this reads like disco elysium dialogue
this is something an NPC says to you at a bakery in the witch alps version of disco elysium
i step out onto stage clad in full corpse paint and death metal regalia and start playing the most middle-of-the-road soft rock you've heard since 1974
The concept of modern AU Jaime Lannister is too absurd to exist with any fidelity. What if LeBron James killed the president and then kept on hooping for fifteen years?

BLEGH!
Needlessly poetic in a way that draws your credibility into question. The whimsical typography also reduces the gravity of the statement. Please see the revised edition attached below.

Your responses for magical prompt type things are always fun soooo...
5 (or more) facts about an AU where Buck's math powers stick around after the lightning strike...and maybe he develops other abilities?
(BuckTommy for a pairing if you want)
FInally, after more than a month, we arrive at the very last prompt of the 5 au facts. It ends, like it was always going to, with some weird magical bullshit.

1. The conversation slipped out of his grasp. Tommy looked like he was thirty seconds away from clawing off his own skin to escape. He ran the numbers (he never stopped running the numbers); the probability of Tommy leaving crept from five percent to fifteen to fifty to fifty-two to fifty-three to—oh no.
“Why be apart when we can be together?” Buck asked, reaching for Tommy, who always reached back (except for when he didn’t).
“You’re so sweet,” Tommy said (forty-four percent), “but I’m your first, not your last. You won’t mean to, but you’re going to break my heart.”
Fifty-eight percent. Sixty-three.
“No,” Buck said. He was missing a variable (he never missed a variable). “I won’t. I can’t.”
Tommy eased out of the chair, slow and careful, like one wrong move would send his guts spilling over his fists and onto the floor. “Take care of yourself, Evan.”
(Eighty-two, eighty-three, oh god, eight-eighty.)
“Are you breaking up with me?” Buck asked, and ran the numbers one last desperate time.
“Yeah,” Tommy said, like he was helpless, “I guess I am.”
The equation balanced. There was an eight percent probability. Buck took it and made it real.
“I guess I’m not,” Tommy said with a sharp, confused shake of his head. “No, I don’t think so.”
“Can you sit down? Can we talk?” He reached out and Tommy reached back. “Please.”
Tommy sat. The talked. After all, numbers didn’t lie.
