when i was going over stuff i obsess over with my therapist, i said it's difficult for me to not constantly think about my health and every possible symptom i might be having and i was like in my defense, i did have cancer and had absolutely no clue that my shit was fucked so now i need to be prepared and she was like you know, fair enough
