He kept trying. Accidentally, knocking down a lamppost on his way. He doubted this world took interstellar credits as payment.

One small being did not run from him, so the Flora Collsi tried once again.

A planet so unused to seeing anything but their own meatbags that he couldn't even venture around the area in peace. IT WAS SO FRUSTRATING. Paws roughly scrubbed at his face. He needed something to do.

Pushing through the usual scum of Knowhere and following his snout. He tracked it to a biped. No matter how far they got, Terrans always smelled like Terra.

《 ◤ TERRAN! ◢ 》 The smaller mammal rattled. Nearly yoweled as he climbed up some nearby crates to get on eye level. 《 ◤ ARE YOU FROM . . . EaRTh? ◢ 》

[ ỻ⎍⋔⏃⋏⌇ ] 《 ◤ KING IS A BIT MUCH ◢ 》 It was all a bit much for his tastes. Though the fine people that Thor ruled over did know how to make a good drink. It was worth the trip to just grab a mug. Rocket scampered up to the GOD. The biped looked a hell of a lot better than what he'd seen previously.

Groot: Groot differs heavily from his MCU counterpart. He is a Flora Colossi, a race of conquering plant titans from which he was exiled from. When he speaks, most species interpret the signal as merely "I AM GROOT", but in reality, he often has complex things to say. With enough time around the photosythesier, most can pick up on his signals. He is a guardian of the galaxy and can regrow from a single splinter. He is ancient.
