tony looks up from his tablet when he heard a familiar voice. he wasn't all surprised when he saw the other up there but more surprised he's here in the first place. he sees the pizza box then up at him with a chuckle "is that the excuse you're using to see me?"

((Kiddo Pete for solita)) He had come visiting the artistâs shop with Aunt May. She had been lurking around so Peter decided to wander just a bit and came across Solita appearing to be working on her art. Curious, big brown eyes stared for what seemed to be a long time before he realized it probably came across rude. So he nervously looked away the moment she showed eye contact, making a soft peep of acknowledgement before hiding behind a shelf.
Feeling someone's gaze as she was working, she couldn't help but pause. Lifting her brush off the canvas she turned her gaze towards the kid who seemed to be watching her.
Though, the moment their eyes met, he vanished behind the shelf like a startled kitten. She cleared her throat, trying to suppress her laughter at the rather cute reaction.
Solita resettled in her seat, returning her attention to her painting as she spoke. "You can come look, if you'd like. I don't mind."

thankfully, matt is difficult to sneak up on. he was always listening to a little bit of everything. laughter on the streets below them, someone calling for a taxi... & more importantly, no sirens in their immediate area. matt tilts his head to the side. he doesn't catch any footsteps but a too-quick heart is enough to alert him to the presence of the other... stranger yet, the scent of donuts.
matt was usually pretty careful with the things he ate. certain textures, certain tastes, they disagreed with his too-sharp senses. fortunately, the other had identified one of his great weaknesses in life, something he would always fall prey to... " got any chocolate? "
it's sweet, in a way. matt was particularly good at forgetting to eat⌠there was always something more important to do. a cup of coffee usually did the job, or so he claimed. he wonders briefly if the wall-crawler had the same problem.

New York City was a place the Doctor generally tried to avoid these days, given the nature of what happened with the Weeping Angels there, but when he heard about a human with spider-like abilities swinging around the city, he of course had to come check it out himself.
He landed the TARDIS and walked out and immediately saw someone swinging through the sky with what looked like spider webs. "Hello," he shouted out to the person above, "How are you doing that?"
