They can't help but to gravitate towards it, to fall and stumble and drag down all others around them as they remain ignorant of their ignorance.

It is not something they needed to be shamed for, for why would a sinner need to be punished for sinning? Their faults were beautiful and served a purpose.

A purpose far greater than themselves, in any case.

He would have them, as they were his and his alone.

SATANA HELLSTROM, born 1943 in new england, is referred as the DEVIL'S DAUGHTER. her mother was a human cultist and fanatic who eloped with "SATAN" and birthed two children for him. her brother DAIMON was the more human of the siblings and satana quickly took to her father's teachings. after her mother saw "satan" in true form she died from the shock. daimon was sent to an orphanage and satana was taken to HELL by her father. she is the apple of her father's eye. she is very gifted in BLACK MAGIC and loves her piece of hell although she can find it boring. she sees herself more demon than human but it's complicated. at one point she did cut her ties with her father and has decided to run things her way. satana has many abilities but her most famous one is consuming souls with a KISS. souls transform into butterflies that she eats. she used to pretend to be prostitute on earth to trick men and eat their souls. she doesn't do this often now but still likes to eat on occasion. satana is MORALLY GRAY, FLIRTATIOUS, SPONTANEOUS, a little SADISTIC, in it for FUN. she jumps around doing one thing or another + sometimes working with heroes or against them. she prefers to remain neutral with a healthy sprinkle of CHAOS. she was born with the appearance of a human baby but satana can CHANGE her appearance. she won't change the appearance of her face but her hair color can change at will. she is sometimes seen with hooved feet, horns, or antennae on her head.

my take on satana is from her first few original comic runs + expanding it. she was more of a badass and free spirit. i am not against writing her into other situations like her thunderbolts run.
