Anyway, Percy Jackson's publishers are weak when it comes to cover art: I would have designed the PJO covers in the red-figure style, the Heroes of Olympus ones in black-figure, and the Trials of Apollo ones in overpainted style (white or gnathia's polycrome).
Then probably as a first edition no one would have read it but shh

My two secondary (yet highly important) characters from my world/story of "Chronicles of an Errant Knight in the Most Esteemed Empire of Flowers".
Foc becomes her father's heir following the death of her younger brother; over the course of her life, she engages in a long-term relationship with Moc that ends with a "clean cut" (specifically, to a neck).
The dynamic between the two shifts from rivals to friends, then lovers, and finally enemies (with a touch of in-law kinship thrown in).
This is because, despite the love they feel for one another, a relentless pursuit of power and control remains the central axis of their relationship.
Foc is born into power, though her authority is constantly challenged due to her gender, while Moc is born with a certain measure of power but hungers for far more.
In the future, I'll make a better, colored version... maybe.

Iβve tried looking for outfit references for ZΓ©lie and Amari without much luck. Do you have any suggestions? Iβd also like the economic disparity between the two of them to be clearly visible.

I said it as a joke at first, but Alfredβs obsession with Jack really ought to be examined. To ruin Jack, Alfred actually went into business with William, the very man who burned down his town and killed his father.
I mean, really. I almost wish Ken Follett had given us a glimpse into his mind, because Iβm certain it would have been a wild ride ...just like William.
