My very hot take for the day I know the final space fandom isn’t gonna like is that I actually think Quinnary is a fantastic pairing (besides it being rushed in the show) and isn’t as badly written as some fans make it out to be (I fear you guys can’t handle flawed couples sometimes
I love Quinnary. I think the only part that was rough was a little in the beginning. I'm blaming the producers because they wanted Olan to make Gary a creep, and Olan didn't want that for his character. But after the general first couple episodes, I think Quinn and Gary do just fine.

No yea I agree! I don’t blame Olan for almost most of the not so best writing decisions too cause of the fact it’s most not in his control, and a lot of stuff got cut so he had to do with what he had 😭
I think Olan is a fantastic writer overall with being able to do with what he has and I’m so excited to see how the graphic novel goes when I eventually get it 💕💖

So I'm seeing a bunch of posts around these days suspiciously trying to tie shows being cancelled to the recent rise in piracy due to the uptick in streaming costs.
So I thought I'd remind everyone if the time Olan Rogers was forced to pirate the third season of Final Space because Warner Brothers had cancelled and memory holed it as a tax write off. A show HE CREATED.
That was back in 2022, before the hikes, before the mass wave of streaming sub losses. Don't let people fool you, it's not piracy that's killing your favorite shows. It's corps doing the same bullshit they always do.
