You can play with "no no it's too much stop" type stuff being banter or dirty talk or whatever, but you shouldn't assume they are. Yes even if you set a safeword and you or the other person isn't using it.

Also: getting quiet or not very responsive is a reason to check in. Someone not being able to give you a clear "yes I'm having fun let's keep going" or seeming a bit off is a reason to stop when you do check in, especially when they're a new partner.. You can't just assume things are fine bc they haven't said the safeword.

If you don't want to see NSFW art, you're better off on a site that allows it than one that doesn't.

Tumblr is still full of penis and boobs, it's just all tagged things like "8008$ nsft" instead of just "tits" now, and trans women are getting deleted left and right because their faces are considered obscene.

Also, artists who create a variety of art should be able to put it all on the same site. If they want to separate it out by genre or subject matter they can do that, but they shouldn't be forced to go "here are my drawings of shirtless cis guys, but if you want shirtless girls or trans people you have to click through eight links to a hidden discord" if they'd rather not separate their fanart into two categories.
