WOW THANK YOU IM VERY FLATTERED T_T i dont think i have very many explainable tips on coloring... i just tweak things around until it feels right T_T (my understanding of color theory is very minimal) i try my best to use colors that harmonize with each other and will occasionally use that trick where you overlay one color over the others at a lower opacity to get them to match better. i also play around with layer modes in CSP a lot and my favs to mess around with are color burn, linear burn, exclusion, and brightness! i also mess around with color balance sliders too to get the colors where i want them.

essentially, if you feel blocked but still want to draw, try drawing from a reference so you dont have to expend extra mental energy to come up with a pose/idea/etc. it can be anything, and do it even if it ends up looking bad!
