🎇☕Pro tip: Coffee- Starbucks holiday edition❄
I don’t know about you guys, but I LIVE for holiday Edition drinks at Starbucks, then always end up having an existential breakdown over the calories (thanks, Ana). So, I’ve made a list breaking down the best way to drink your holiday faves. I’ve compared the average calories in a grande, regularly prepared drink, versus all of the lowest (still around 200) calorie possibilities (almond milk is the lowest calorie milk available. For coconut, soy, and low fat milk, add 40 cal.) Drinks marked as NON VEGAN still include dairy, no matter your milk choice.
Ps: the winner is the Holiday Spice Flat White :)
