A paw reaches up to catch it mid-flight. JACKRABBITT ABBITT JackRabbitt grins, clutching it tightly, then flings it high into the air. The leaf soars to the treetops, then drifts lazily onto a silver-feathered shoulder. KATHRA CHANSOAR Kathra raises an eyebrow, casts a downward glance, then brushes it away with her wing.
