I started Andor expecting everyone was going to die. And that was ok, because they took the main point of contention for this show - who cares about a prequel for a character who died in Rogue One? - and turned it on its head. They wield the symbolism like a sword. The main soundtrack is a funeral march. A dead woman speaks from the grave and wishes she'd fought before the end. Everyone here is already dead, fighting for a future they'll never see.
But Bix? Bix is going to live. And somehow that's worse.
She's going to live. She's going to make it home to Ferrix. This show will end with her laying bricks for them all.

"rebellions are built on hope" coming from a random ghorman bellhop, who cassian met twice is really the most andor/rogue one thing ever. because he is SO random. they all are. every rebel. every member of rogue one. they are just random, ordinary people, who were willing and brave enough to give up everything for even a chance at freedom. and that is so important
Want to hear more about your thoughts about Theria trio, bc they do mean a lot to me…going from the three presidents of a nation in 2.0 where one of them commits suicide to 2.5 where they’re divided in their ideologies and only one of them lives…
I love them because fluixon and jophiel go out of their way to play different characters and saps is just the same silly guy over and over and over.
It’s so interesting in character because if you wanna follow the red string of fate theory then fluix and jophiel are shaped by their upbringings while saps is the same UNTIL their worlds collide.
Saps jumping to protect his people and planning the assassination of his fellow desert leader for peace in 2.0
To
Jophiel banning towers and fluix being set on using saps as a scapegoat to unite the island in 2.5….
The impressions they made on each other lasting through lifecycles is crazy.
This actually continues into s2.7 (spoilers below and in the tags)
Briarose (jophiel) briefly recognizing saps (and not interfering for the sake of SURVIVAL), plus fluixons determination to keep him alive in 2.7…. It’s more like saps IS the red string tying them together lol..
(And obviously project Lazarus and the failed saps revival)
The other two trying to ease the pain of their past season in each new one is just…
I actually have similar thoughts about them. Flux and Jophiel relationship is definitely underrated in 2.5 with 2.0 lore shaping their decisions.
Saps had a vision for Theria and the desert as a whole. But in the end, that vision never materialized. He wanted peace for the desert and he thought that blood would be enough to pay that price. In a sense, it was enough. Enough to protect Theria from repercussions at least. It just cost him his life too. It was this death that became a catalyst for these three's fates. When he arrived in Pandora, he chose to distance himself from the politics. He didn't want to feel that shame of being unable to realize his ideals. To have that responsibility for the lives of so many people. To be put in that terrifying ordeal of facing the consequences of his actions. But of course, he was dragged into everything not just by Flux, but by Jophiel too. Was that karma for leaving them behind in Theria? For making them clean up his mess? Maybe.
For Jophiel, she decided to continue Theria's ideology of freedom and peace. She believed that that was the way to honor Saps and what he tried to do with the plan to assassinate Storminghell. In the end, even stopping an all out civil war in the desert. After Theria, she created Tricolor, a kingdom that was a bit isolated from the others. As ish said, they wanted to build Tricolor up rather than involve themselves in politics. Not doing Saps' mistake with trying to "fix" the Sultanate but to advocate for diplomacy instead. We can even add Trihelm here because instead of thinking that the Emperor of Westhelm is someone to be eradicated for the "betterment" of the Westhelmians, they opted for a political marriage. An attempt at making a connection and a chance at maybe learning from each other rather than thinking that the other nation's way of governing is "evil". Jophiel wanted to honor Saps' intent for peace by not repeating his mistakes.
On the other hand, Flux ended up going the opposite direction. He believes in Theria's idealogy of course. That much is obvious. But unlike Jophiel, he didn't see Saps' plan for assassination as a mistake. It was simply a failure. A mistake means that it's something to be avoided. A failure means it can be perfected. Enter Luminara, a nation that wants to create a bridge, literally and figuratively, to Yggdrasil. Flux joined that nation because he believes he can convince them to not do it. When talking didn't work, he immediately went ahead with political assassinations much like Saps believing that killing Storminghell could "save" the desert. Maybe that's why he hated Saps' neutrality in Pandora. After what he tried to do in Theria, Saps was now turning his back? Flux will just do it himself then, even if it meant sacrificing him. It's not the first time Saps died for something. Flux believed in Saps' payment of blood for peace by making sure to correct his failure.
Spoilers for 2.7:
I feel like 2.7 is where everything fell apart for them all. Saps immediately did something reckless. He tried keeping to himself in Pandora. That obviously didn't work so at this point, who the hell cares? He's completely given up here. Besides, living under Imperia means he's always under threat of death anyways. Flux meanwhile, learned from his mistake in Pandora. After his delusions were completely shattered in that Blue Cross meeting, he wanted to lay low. To try to protect the man he betrayed in another life as repentance. He failed. Jophiel tried to continue what she couldn't in Tricolor. Giving aid to the people who needed it. It's just ironic that the Ministry of Health wasn't about that at all. When she finally had a chance to bring back the people who were unfairly killed by Imperia, the phoenix machine barely worked.
These three can't seem to be together for a long period of time. After Saps' suicide, they were scattered. At least one of them always dies. Saps then Jophiel and Flux then Saps again. Everything was because of that one death and they grew further apart in each event. They were close in 2.0. Despite being separated in 2.5, they still connected. In 2.7, they had barriers. Saps in a literal sense because he was in the afterlife. Flux and Jophiel was because of Imperia's structure. Forget doomed yaoi. This is doomed... trio? Doomed friendship.
Update from Day 9: Well... at least they're together now.
I spent a lot of time yesterday trying to figure out what to add to this because these were basically my thoughts about them!
Forever being a part of their lives, no matter what. Even being in different nations or factions in 2.5 and 2.7 doesn’t change that matter. Fluixon’s plans in 2.5 for Island 2 required Jophiel and Saps to die, and Saps’ 2.7 death affected Flux and Jophiel lives in Imperia. They will always have an effect on each other no matter their distance. Made to be connected with one another in every world, doomed to be separated in the end*
Instead, have a funny (and spoiler):
2.0 Saps @ Fluixon and Jophiel, unaware that he too would be pulled into it like a gravitational force
* Except in 2.7 i guess, this is how I found out Flux and Jophiel died on Day 9 lmao

My current not-approved-by-the-government opinion is that im not anyone's parent and i should not be responsible for random teenagers online. If I post smth thats 'meant for adults' and its labled as such then what happens from there is literally not my problem. If a teen- who is fully capable of turning on self moderation settings on their own btw- doesn't use a site's provided self moderation settings and they see boobs or dicks then like literally whatever, its neither the end of the world or a big deal. It shouldn't fall on me or a website or a tech company to do a parent's job, and also frankly i don't think a parent should be breathing down their 16 year old's neck on the off chance they do actually want to look at tits, but thats a discussion that americans will fucking throw a fit at so maybe we'll discuss that another day in better company.
"But what about young children!!" see thats! where parents should be involved- that is to say, why are you letting your young child on the internet in the first place, you fucking idiot.
Edit that's not gonna be seen: i've muted this post, if you're arguing in the replies i do not see it nor do i care.
He has given gifts to the other inmates for Christmas using the donations people sent his commissary account.
He appears to have attempted to communicate through flashing his cell lights to show his supporters outside that he could hear them cheering for him (this exact light flashing is what inmates at the previous prison did to communicate to the news that they were in support of Luigi, so he may have learned it from them and taken this form of light communication with him to MDC.)
It is rumored he is paying for the other inmates' healthcare using donations to his commissary account.
Inmates who shared time with him at the Penn prison say he 'gave them a voice' when they 'had never had one before' (in reference to the collective shouting 'Free Luigi' the inmates did.
He is writing back to supporters and is alleged to have informed one supporter that he is warm, taken care of, and will be okay. He does not want people to stay up at night worrying about him.

Wishing all undiagnosed/partially diagnosed people a very doctors listening to you and providing you with more testing than a blood draw and even possibly providing treatment 2024
No but the Hunger Games really said "what do you hate more- the atrocities or the people who commit them against you? Because like it or not there IS a difference. If you hate the people who commit acts of pure evil more than you hate the acts themselves, what will stop you from becoming just like your enemies in your pursuit of justice? What will keep you from commiting those very same acts against THEM when the opportunity arises? And what then? The cycle of pain and suffering will never stop. Round and round it'll go. Nothing will ever change. But. BUT. If you hate the atrocities. If you hate the vile, senseless acts MORE than you hate the people who did them to you. If you are able to see that evil is evil regardless of who does it... The cycle ends with you. No, you may never get justice. But you will never be responsible for making others, even your enemies, suffer the same crimes you have. The atrocities will never be committed by you, never by your hand. And that's the way you change the world. It's the ONLY way" and that's why I am sure it will never stop being one of the most relevant works of fiction ever created
