I'm putting the Roasted Creole Seasoned Baby Carrots in the oven. I'm use a package of 16-oz baby carrots, 1 sweet yellow onion, sliced, about 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon parsley, salt and Creole Seasoning. Combine all the ingredients, put it in an roasting pan and into the oven heated to 450 degrees for 25 minutes stirring occasionally. #RedBeansAndEric #foodblog #foodblogger #sidedish #CreoleSeasoning
