I have randomly thought of the spinny for Delusion acquiring all of the clone children.
And I thought.
What if Pluto got all the clones. Aside from him probably being so in over his head. Donāt ask me how he got them, maybe Puzzle managed to grab everyone (aside from maybe Laura, and of course the little little babies that donāt exist yet) and his random teleport to get away just dropped them outside wherever Pluto was staying? And he couldnāt leave a gaggle of random, very confused and traumatized kids to just wander around by themselves?
At least it would be implied that theyāre not little babies like when he gets both the twins? Puzzle and a few of the older kids can probably operate a microwave/keep the little ones away from dangerous objects, allowing Pluto to get a little breather sometimes.
Mostly because I want to watch him accidentally build a little army of serial killers. And Sunny (silly)
Kevin: Nightmare.
Pluto, still asleep at 10am: whuh?
Kevin: Nightmare get up.
Pluto: nooooo
Kevin: Thereās an army of children outside.

Plutoās going to have to get a way bigger house and probably just surround it with traps or something. He canāt afford to move around with such a huge group, but if he doesnāt then yes definitely going to be found eventually, so the solution is going to have to be āmake sure any coppers die if they get within sniffing distanceā

This introduction is definitely improved by the fact that
1) Puzzle teleported everyone after having to fight his way to all of them (as opposed to just Sunny normally) so heās just unconscious on the ground. Completely out. Probably staying that way until further notice. And
2) Because the oldest (unless Bernardoās here) and de facto leader of the breakout is down, this probably means the only one thatās brave enough to actually talk to Pluto isā¦ Somnus. Thatāll go well, Iām sure.
Somnus: [big words, acting like he's some big shot, like he thinks pluto is beneath him, is still just a kid and probably not even a teenager yet]
Pluto: [did not sleep well, doesn't like hurting kids but already doesn't have a lot of patience for people who act like they're better than him]
Somnus: And I will-
Pluto: get to the point or i'm gonna throw your tiny punk ass across the street

Somnus, regaining composure: I won't be going down without a fight, regardless.

Pluto, looking over at Sunny and Ganymede: All of you???

Pluto: ok forget everything else i said now i'm just concerned why a bunch of kids were being trained to kill people and-
Pluto: Wait. whats behind you
the kids, simultaneously moving to hide Puzzle from him: Nothing.
Pluto:
Pluto: trained to kill but absolute shit at lying. what's on the ground
Sunny, barely audible: ...Puzzle.
Percy: Sunny!
Sunny: we need help, percy. Maybe he can help.
Pluto:
Pluto: kevin can you help please. what are they trying to hide
Kevin, immediately teleporting behind the kids: ...It's another child. Unconscious and bleeding.
And later, Puzzle wakes up somewhere warm and comfortable, maybe still hurting but he has enough awareness to know heās been bandaged/treated while he was out.
What if his first coherent thought is the lab took them back. He flails out of bed/off the couch/whatever and panics, wanting to know where his siblings are, rambling about how itās his fault, his idea, and he should take the blame, the punishment for itā
But his siblings are here. Theyāre okay. And Puzzle has no idea where āhereā is but thereās a weird feathery thing and an even weirder Guy (silly) who seem somewhat interested in the kidsā comfort.
He doesnāt understand. There has to be a catch somewhere, some condition heās missing to the kindness. But every time he probes for it the guy just looks confused, maybe concerned.
Puzzle canāt let himself relax yet, itās still not safe. But it doesnāt seem like theyāre in immediate danger? And theyāre being treated nicer than they ever were at the lab.
What if Judge was one of the unnamed experimental clones
Maybe that wasnāt the original intention, but he was born with some sort of disability that made the lab people deem him Useless for their main purpose, and he was supposed to just be a test subject.
And when they rescue him the cult gives him whatever aids and accommodations he needs. Which just makes him more loyal to them because they showed him so much kindness after the hell heād started in

Ten years. Had it really been ten years? Puzzle felt like it had passed too slowly and in the blink of an eye all at once.Ā
Ten years since he'd dropped everything holding his family in the warehouse and turned himself in. Ten years of therapy, learning, and slowly breaking down everything he'd done.Ā
Some days, he just wanted to crawl into a hole and never come out. Before, he would have gone to his family and used the time with them to avoid the feelings. Now, he tried to manage it as best he could alone.Ā
Standing outside the bakery, Puzzle looked over the storefront.Ā Looks nice,Ā he thought, eyes trailing over the clear glass showing off the interior, which was currently a massive display of Pride flags. The sign above the door readĀ Crazy CupcakesĀ in a swirly font, superimposed over a picture of a radioactive green cupcake with breadsticks poking out the top.Ā Wonder if Ink did that.Ā He couldn't imagine her willingly drawing anything that wasn't violent somehow, but he also hadn't spoken to her in ten years, and he knew that the robots had been getting therapy as much as he had.Ā
He'd heard a little about the business that little Mal had envisioned, and the robotic family had worked to make reality. Puzzle wasn't quite clear on how the simple idea of a bakery had gotten to "how many fucked-up flavors can we make," but he certainly wasn't going to tell them off for it anymore.Ā
Stepping inside proved to be far more stressful than he'd imagined, the bell over the door sounding too loud to his frazzled nerves. Even safely hiding behind an illusion, Puzzle felt like he was walking into a lions' den.Ā
Puzzle recognized the robot leaning on the display case, looking bored. The shell was lifelike, but Puzzle could see the faint gleam of metal in the joints, the delay between the emotions he could sense and the expression on the face. When he walked in, Bernardo straightened up, a polite smile crossing his face. "Hi there," Bernardo said brightly. "Haven't seen you before; you new?"Ā
"Uh, yeah." Puzzle lied, trying to ignore how great it felt for Bernardo to justĀ talkĀ to him. Even as a robot, there had been some level of awkwardness that neither of them knew how to bridge. Maybe he shouldn't have felt closer to his sibling when he was wearing an illusion, but he couldn't help it. "Just passing through, and heard this place isn't somewhere to miss."Ā
To avoid eye contact, he looked around the little shop. There was a doorway behind the counter that led to the kitchen, and next to the register was a large basket ofā¦ crochet dragons? Puzzle could have fit one in his hand without issue. A sign on the basket readĀ "The boss keeps making these. $5 for one, $9 for two, or get one free for every $5 on your cupcake purchase"
He couldn't help but smile. The robot Bernardo's soul had been placed in looked so much better than the one they'd possessed in the warehouse. His designs had felt ambitious when he was making them, but he saw that JR had spared no expense. Looking at the realistic hair, skin, expressions, he was tempted to bug the R&D department for how exactly they had pulled it off. It was the most like themselves Bernardo had looked in years.
"You'd be right," Bernardo grinned and leaned over a little to look into the display case, startling Puzzle from his thoughts.. "Anything look good to you?"
Puzzle's eyes trailed over cupcakes that all looked perfectly baked. There were a handful of plain old vanilla and chocolate, and he spotted strawberry as well, but most of the case was home to the most insane-sounding cupcake flavors Puzzle had ever seen: onion, ranch, taco, pizza, all topped with weird-looking frosting, and occasionally other garnishes. Some of the pizza flavor were graced with pepperoni and cheese on top ofā¦ Puzzle wasn't sure he wanted to ask what was in the rich redā¦ frosting? Every single cupcake had Pride flag picks stuck jauntily in the top.
He was about to ask about some of the more outrageous flavors, when a small form darted around the corner. Mal ran to Bernardo, tugging on their sleeve.Ā "Somnus and Freddy are fighting again. Help?"Ā They signed.
Bernardo rolled his eyes, but his emotions remained mostly amused. "Sure thing." He paused, glancing up at Puzzle. "You want me to grab someone else to cover counter, orā"Ā
Mal looked indignant as they shook their head.Ā "I can do it."
"You sure?" A firm nod. "Alright," Bernardo headed for the kitchen. "Holler if you need anything."Ā
With a quiet huff, Mal turned around. And stopped dead. Their eyes widened, and Puzzle could sense the shock rolling off them.Ā
Puzzle froze. Had they recognized him? They couldn't; he had an illusion. He looked nothing like himself.Ā
But all the same, Mal darted around the counter and wrapped their arms around his middle, their weight throwing both robot and human to the floor. Puzzle gasped at the strength in those metal arms, silently hoping they didn't squeeze. He wasn't sure how aware of their strength Mal was, and if these robots were even a fraction of the strength of his original designsā¦
Thankfully, someone rounded the corner right then. "Mal?" Nightmare's voice was thick with wariness and confusion. Mal immediately got off of Puzzle and ran over to him.Ā
Wincing as the pressure was released, Puzzle sat up slowly. "Thanks," he said after a moment of blank staring. "Sorry." He muttered, pulling himself to his feet.Ā
"No biggie." Nightmare shrugged, tugging Mal towards him slightly as if worried they'd run for Puzzle again. "Death doesn't really promote the business."Ā
Puzzle chuckled. "Yeah, no, it really doesn't." He paused, looking at Mal again. "Doā¦ they do that a lot?"Ā
Nightmare's suspicion was clear in his eyes. "No."Ā
"Ah." Puzzle smiled lopsidedly. "Guess I'm special, huh?" He tried to keep his tone light, but he could feel his heart hammering in his chest.Ā If Nightmare of all people figures it outā¦ well, I'm probably dead.Ā Please don't tell him who I am, Mal.Ā
To his relief, Nightmare seemed more interested in the potential risk to Mal, and not who the hell he was looking at. "I guessā" a shrill screech cut him off, making all three of them jump. A larger robot scrambled around the corner, ducking behind Nightmare.Ā
"Dad, save me!" Freddy wailed. "Somnus and Bernardo are teaming!"Ā
Nightmare pushed him away with a bark of laughter. "You're on your own, kid! I'm busy." Turning back to Puzzle, he was still smiling. "Sorry, he's a dumbass. Did you need help with anything?" He gestured grandly to the display case. "All my own recipes, and definitely no people in them." He said with an exaggerated wink.Ā
The rest of his visit passed in a blur: Puzzle didn't remember picking cupcakes, but he found himslf outside twenty minutes later, still illusioned, with a little to-go box of four of the strangest cupcakes he'd ever seen in his life, and a little orange-and-red dragon that he'd shoved in his pocket.Ā
Reason told Puzzle he shouldn't go back. All he'd wanted to know was if they were okay, and they were. Going once had been risky enough; going again meant he would risk being recognized, and he didn't want to scare them.Ā
But part of him wanted to, and even as he walked away, his free hand found its way to the little dragon plush, running his hands carefully over the tiny stitches.Ā I could be careful,Ā he thought to himself.Ā

Actually did Laura in Robot AU meet Vida when they were alive/know how they died. Or did Puzzle bring them home and go āoh yeah hereās the kid I took in and proceeded to kill in one of my traps, but itās cool! I put them in a computer :Dā

And then the ending was meant to be grace proposing to come down and get Simon out of the blood ocean but I got lazy finding lines, sorry </3

Ganymede's one year younger than Sunny, and that's all i had for his age bc i couldn't remember how old Sunny was.
I did however find the age difference between the first four (real-world creation order) kids, tho, so with puzzle's age discovered I can get most of the others
i've realized I've forgotten how old Patchwork and Vidalia are too tho. i think it was 17? and then in the 4-6 range?
but here's all the plusion-specific kids, minus Judgement
Patchā¦ is made more complicated because of his mothers. Both of whom (I think??) are in their twenties present day. So for Patch to exist they have to 1) be in JR/the Horror Squad respectively, and 2) have all four parents in one location for a fight. Which Iām assuming is not very common?
So Patch is honestly probably much younger than their siblings just because of those existence requirements. I just wind up writing them older because that works better (and I think one of the times they were written was Clone AU, where Patch could have happened slightly faster due to Cloning Shenanigans)
This might mean that Patch is a baby/small child modern day, and only turns up later. Which might be funnier because itās just a bunch of thirty/twenty-somethings and their feral teenage sibling.
Spinning Horror Squad Sunny meeting Carmine somehow and becoming friends (possibly more) with her without anyone figuring out who he is. And after a while of knowing each other, she decides to share her anti-JR evidence with him and explains sheās going to take them down.
And Sunny knows her well enough that he knows he canāt stop her from doing it if she wants to. And he doesnāt want to! JR does suck! But also if she does it without backup sheās going to die.
So um. how about she comes to stay with him and his family for a bit. Just for safety of course.
I think it would be funny if most of Grace's eridian students went to him and asked for earth pronoun designations instead of picking for themselves, because they think it's cool to get word-gifts from the coolest teacher in the galaxy
and grace is trying so hard to not accidentally be sexist or assign gender roles to a monogendered species, so like, trying hard not to call someone he/him just because they like sports, or she/her just because they seem caring, or whatever. and he's having a hard time about it because he's like oh man why am I assigning the pronouns I'm assigning, i hope I'm not bringing any of my biases into this. just absolutely eating himself up over it
he tries to fix this by starting to roll a die, or throw darts at a dartboard, but his students immediately throw a fit because the point of the word-gifts is that they are specific, picked deliberately for them, right? and grace tries to explain gender bias and so on, but it becomes clear these kids could genuinely not give less of a shit, they just want to know what their AGAG (assigned gender at grace) is, alright? why is this so hard for him to understand??
eventually grace comes to the conclusion that he's on a different planet, and severely overthinking this, and that his kids really just are having fun--they really don't see the grace-given pronouns as categorization, he figures they see them as something more akin to astrology. or an eridian tiktok trend. when grace learns they call the assigning a word-gift he probably cries tbh

Who is currently unnamed, but the ref is saved under āJudgementā because thatās all I could think of. Not sure Iāll keep it, but Iāll have to spin some other names for him. He/him pronouns.
I donāt know if the cult would wear shit like this 24/7, so imagine heās wearing it for a ceremony of sorts. Or just that he likes the robes and thinks theyāre comfy. His hair is naturally black, but he did dye it at some point and itās starting to grow back into black. Donāt ask how he dyed it, but he probably wasnāt supposed to. Also donāt ask why the dyed bit wasnāt like. cut out or something. Maybe he gets special permission to do shit like this because Nightmareās kid and all. Or no oneās brave enough to
Plus bonus of him telling someone (possibly a sibling) about the Bible (or at least the cultās equivalent). Donāt ask why it has an eye, it just Looks Cool.
Okay Iāve had vaguely more thoughts regarding Mr. Judgement (still no cemented name)
- Judgement was a very mischievous kid, and tended to drag his friends into trouble. Fortunately he basically Can Do No Wrong to most of the cult. Unfortunately, someone had to take the blame for the trouble, and his friends usually took the punishment for whatever theyād done, plus being considered āunworthyā of hanging out with Judgement anymore. It didnāt take took long for Judgement to figure that out, so now he tries to behave because he doesnāt want to start more trouble for his friends.
- His carers also tried to keep his hair short when he was little. At some point he started protesting the haircuts, and after a few tries his caretakers just sort of. gave up. Hence how long it is.
- If that happens heās probably still winding up arrested at some point. He just doesnāt know what else to do. This has been his life. It canāt just be for nothing!
- He thinks heās a demigod, probably thinks heās better than all of his siblings from being raised among the followers of Lord Nightmare, obviously the actual god between their two parents. This definitely doesnāt lead to fighting with Somnus ever (silly)
- In Final Girl there is a nonzero chance Judge freaks out and runs away to restart the cult. I donāt know how well that goes, but at least heās trying to do something with his life?
- God wait now Iām imagining that one situation where Delusion gets kidnapped by people trying to āremindā him of his divinity, but itās just Judge and the Revamped Cult grabbing Pluto. I doubt that Pluto would just sit around to be rescued like Del does (or maybe he would? idk, maybe itād depend on how long heās been in therapy) but Iām assuming that his son (at least the one he raised) and best friends are not going to take this lightly and will be storming the castle* to get their father/friend.
