Olympic Oval motivation. Athletes on the side running, spinning, power lifting, doing drills... Russian Team is practicing on the short track. My kid is learning to speed skate on the long track along with many other youngsters. After a week of biking on the trainer and giving the calves a break, I decided to try running again. The calves weren't grouchy, but grumpy. They're a bit stubborn and need to loosen up!
