Well that makes race #20 for the year by completely the Last Chance Half Marathon this am. Farrrr from a personal best time for me as very icy conditions consequently sent me on my ass and twisted my knee in the process less than a quarter of the way into the race. Nonetheless I persevered and hobbled and limped onward through a well laid out and scenic course. Oh the shit we do for these medals hey??
