After a significant delay, you not only helped me switch my flight but made sure my checked bag was transferred to my new flight and my connecting flight as well. When the app malfunctioned, you took the time to check me in just three minutes before the flight was about to leave.

I had just been blindsided and dumped after moving to that city for someone, buying a house with that person, and now facing the painful task of selling it all. I briefly told you of my situation and pleaded that I was just trying to get home, and you made that happen for me. You helped me get home in 10 hours, a mere minutes after such a devastating personal moment, and you truly saved me days of misery.

You ensured I got home with my bag, the only things I have left with me until the rest of my life is shipped back in boxes. Your kindness on that day gave me more than just a flight — you gave me a small sense of hope in a difficult time.
