Better yet, why define yourself at all? A definition has limits and boundaries. Seek only to grow, expand, evolve, and change. The right people will persist in your life or appear in due time. Love yourself; focus on yourself; take care of yourself; radiate love, goodness, and kindness; seek knowledge; express gratitude daily; pursue the things that tug at your soul. All else will follow. You’ll be alright. Keep your head up.

as you get older, you realize that you’re not always right and there’s so many things you could’ve handled better, so many situations where you could’ve been kinder and all you can really do is forgive yourself and let your mistakes make you a better person.

some days, you’ll oversleep and be late to class or work, you’ll look like an absolute mess, you’ll fail your biggest exam of the year, you’ll drop your phone in a puddle outside, you’ll say the wrong thing at the wrong time, you’ll lose the person you thought was the love of your life. you’ll cry your eyes out and feel so completely hopeless because everything seems like it’s going wrong, but even on those days, you’ll have people that love you. and some days, that’s all that matters. and that’s okay.

ppl who think that saying “I love you” to someone a lot makes it lose it’s meaning are so boring literally what could make you think that? if someone tells you they love you like 3 times in an hour it means that 3 separate times they were sitting there and thinking about you and how wonderful you are like. smh. say I love you to everyone that you love as often as possible bc sometimes it’s easy to forget that there are people who love you

I’m letting go. What is meant for me will be mine in the right timing if I continue to do my part. What is truly mine will still be mine even when I stop grasping it too tight. My focus is to stay grounded despite external influences and factors that are out of my control.
