Zum Auftakt der Ausstellungssaison 2016 präsentiert der Verein Kunst und Kultur zu Hohenaschau in der Zeit vom 18. März bis 17. April Bilder von Ray Moore. Der 1971 als Sohn einer afro-amerikanischen Familie geborene Künstler kam durch die US-Army 1993 nach Deutschland und lebt seit 2003 in München. Nach seinem Abschied aus der Army arbeitete Ray Moore als Multi-Media-Artist und Designer, schrieb Hip-Hop-Lyrics und betätigte sich als Rap-Produzent. Sein Interesse an der Malerei wurde immer mehr zum Mittelpunkt seines Lebens. In seinem unverwechselbaren, farbenfrohen und energiegeladenen Stil, oft auch mit Textfragmenten, setzt er sich satirisch und charmant mit gesellschaftlichen Themen auseinander.

Zur Vernissage am Freitag, 18. März, 19.30 Uhr in der Galerie an der Festhalle ist jedermann herzlich eingeladen.

Die Öffnungszeiten der Ausstellung: Mittwoch 16:00 - 18:00 Uhr, Freitag und Samstag 16:00 - 19:00 Uhr, Sonntag 10:00 - 12:00 und 16:00 - 19:00 Uhr.
