Forse noi, dico la Terra, Cassiopea, Alpha Tauri, quella stella cadente, tutti gli altri corpi e astri che vedi e non vedi, tutti noi, zodiaci e nature, siamo solo miliardi di calcoli nel rene di un corpacciuto animale, la sua colica senza fine, i quagli petrosi del suo difficoltoso smisurato emuntorio; e galleggiamo così, nell'etere e piscio che gli s'impantana per tutti i meati e lo fa gloriosamente ululare di dolore nel silenzio degli spazi eterni. E' quella che chiamano l'armonia delle sfere.
