There were a few posts of yours I especially liked, but holy crap, it feels so good to see someone point out the most basic of facts; that mosquitoes and wasps and several other bug species have become almost scapegoats in a way, and the amount of pure hatred they receive is unjustified and, quite frankly, really stupid.

The literal only reason why a wasp would sting you is because you're a giant ape that could kill them in a single blow, and if you, intentionally or not, scare them, then it shouldn't come as a surprise that they'd want you to leave them alone through whatever menas necessary. They sting people because wasps are SCARED of people.

Oh, and both wasps and mosquitoes do hella pollinating! A lot of bugs do, but I'm sure you already knew that! :)

So, uh, yeah. Thank you SO MUCH for understanding what I do, that bugs are animals and should be treated with the same respect as any other animal, and that not a single species deserves to be eradicated just because people are prejudiced and think they're "creepy" or "horrible monsters" or because they had a few bad experiences with some.

I'm happy to have found another arthropod ally! :)
