Figurines of mice greet the visitors on the steps of the temple of Apollo in Turkey.
The temple was built during the 2nd century B.C., in the Troas region. It is dedicated to Apollo Smintheus (Lord of mice). The friezes of the temple depicted the war, which Homer recounted in his epic Iliad. In the epic itself, Apollo invoked as Smintheus is a terrific plague bringer.
Miniature statues of mice are now being placed to the stairs of 2,000 years old temple. "They are real-size figurines of mice. We have 73 figurines in the first stage, but 100 more will be made", says Professor CoĹkun ĂzgĂźnel, the head of the excavations in the field. "Visitors of the temple are very surprised by the mice. They show great interest in the figurines. They take photos and share them on social media. This interest made us very pleased.â

The number of stars is equal to the number of hours the lamp was left outside, up to a maximum of 8. While holding the lamp, it emits dim light out to a range of 20 feet, provided it has any stars within it. You can use an action while holding the lamp to speak its command word, sending out a number of floating lights from the lamp of your choice, up to the number of remaining stars. Sending a light removes a star from the lamp; each light emits dim light in a 10-foot radius. Choose a point for each light to hover in that you can see, up to 60 feet away from you, where it remains for 1 hour or until you wave the lamp through it (provided youâre within reach of the point). Hello, everyone!
Thereâs a peculiar workshop, hidden away in the dangerous parts of the city, where wealthy individuals can buy iron automatons, but not just any kind of automatons. These are better than all the rest. Their combat prowess is far beyond what any automaton can currently do.
Something seems fishy, and someone in the know requests the party for help. They explain these beings are being illegally built, using forbidden technology, and sold for exorbitant prices for those willing to pay. Now their mission is to dismantle the factory, and find the corrupt officials that turned a blind eye to this operation.
The creature tokens for this map are a Mechanical Helper, a Mechanical Mage and a Sentient Iron Golem. Emerald tier gets the Mechanical Helper while Diamond tier gets all three. In addition, Sapphire tier gets extra creature token variants.

âď¸ đĄđ˛đ đśđđ˛đş! Axe of the Radiant Sunâ¨Weapon (any axe), rare ___ This golden axe is always warm to the touch, as if it had been resting in the sun. You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon between dawn and dusk, or a +1 bonus between dusk and dawn. đđđđđđŁđŠ đđŹđđŁđ. When you take the Attack action while wielding the axe, you can forgo one of your attacks to instead send a burning wave of brilliant light from the weaponâs edge in a 15-foot cone. Each creature within that area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 3d6 radiant damage, plus an extra 1d6 fire damage if itâs between dawn and dusk. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage. The fire ignites flammable objects in the area that arenât being worn or carried. âď¸ đĄđ˛đ đśđđ˛đş! Staff of the Eclipseâ¨Staff, very rare (requires attunement by a druid, sorcerer, warlock, or wizard) ___
This staff has a crescent-shaped head made of pockmarked lunar stone. Floating within the crescent stone is a motionless, black orb. Regardless of how you look at the orb, itâs always encircled by a ring of fire that faces you. The fire winks out if the staff isnât held. The fire is harmless, and it sheds bright light in a 10-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet.
While holding the staff, you have darkvision out to a range of 60 feet. If you already have darkvision, holding the staff increases its range by 60 feet.
The staff has 10 charges. It regains 1d6 + 4 expended charges daily at dusk. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the staff crumbles into dust and is destroyed.
đđĽđđĄđĄđ¨. While holding the staff, you can use an action to expend some of its charges to cast either the âmoonbeamâ (2 charges) or âwall of fireâ (4 charges) spell, using your spell save DC. This version of âwall of fireâ creates the same ghostly flames as âmoonbeamâ; it deals radiant damage instead of fire damage and doesnât ignite flammable objects, although it doesnât share âmoonbeamâsâ other effects. You can increase the spell slot level of a spell cast from the staff by one for each additional charge you expend.
đ˝đĄđ¤đ¤đ đđ¤đ¤đŁ. When you cast âmoonbeamâ from the staff, you can choose to cause its dim light to be red. A creature that fails the saving throw against the spell also has its hit point maximum reduced by an amount equal to the radiant damage dealt. The reduction lasts until the creature finishes a long rest. Once this property of the staff has been used, it canât be used again until the next dawn.
đžđ¤đ§đ¤đŁđđĄ đđĄđđ˘đ. When you cast âwall of fireâ from the staff, you can choose to cause it to embody the nature of an eclipse. When you do, the spell creates a ringed wall up to 20 feet in diameter, 20 feet high, and 1 foot thick; the area within the ring is filled with magical darkness until the spell ends. While holding the staff, you can see through this darkness as ifâŚ

If you want to be a dog, first you must learn to wait. You must wait all day until somebody returns, and if somebody returns late, you must learn to wait until then. Then you must learn to speak in one of the voices available to you, high and light or mellow thick and low or middle-range and terse. Whichever voice you learn to speak, you will meet somebody who does not like you because of it, they will be wary or annoyed or you will remind them of something or someone else. Once you have learned to speak you must learn not to speak unless you absolutely must, or to speak as much as you feel you must regardless of how many times you are told to stop, or sit, or placed behind a doorâthis will depend on what kind of a dog you want to be. And indeed there are many kinds. It may not feel as though you get to choose, and that too is a kind of dog. Next you must learn to relinquish all control over everything you might wish to control. You must learn to prefer to be led about by the neck on a piece of string, or staked to a neglected lawn by a length of chain. You must learn, once you have sampled the freedom of a life without a chain, that it is better to return and be chained again. Or you may learn that it is notâa fugitive is also a kind of dog. Of course you must learn to love, to love always and love entirely and to be wounded by nothing so much as the violence of your own love. You must learn to be confused but never disappointed by a deficiency of love. You must give up your children and not know why. You must lose yourself wholly in activity; you must never feel an itch that you do not scratch. You must learn how to wait at the foot of the bed and hope, silently, that somebody is drunk enough or lonely enough to invite you up, and you must learn not to show your excitement too much or overplay your hand.
