It is, not for much longer thoughh. I've had it for a good amount of months now, and I'm getting a bit too lazy to maintain it ahaha.But I think you should go for it! I can recommend "special effects" for pretty long-lasting colours. ( ´ ▽ ` ) Specifically, I mixed their "fish bowl" and "blue haired freak" after toning my hair using the white from "directions".

I drew myself for my "about" section, nothing fancy though.

Hi! ( ´ ω ` )ノFrom what I know (though I'm no expert tbh) there isn't much of a difference in how they actually line. I usually only use the black SP (0.3, BS) for sketching purposes, but haven't noticed any differences between the two in that aspect.The only difference I have come across is that Copic Multiliner has a broader selection in small nibs, while Copic Multiliner SP has a broader selection in colours.I found a chart for SP [ here ] and another one for the non-SP [ here ]. I hope this answered your question, have a nice day! ♥
