Hating trans men is transphobic even if you "hate all men". You wouldn't hate me if I wasnt trans, you wouldn't hate me if I was still a woman. My transition made you hate me. And that has a fucking name.

I used to be friends with people that claimed to "hate all men." I am a trans man. We were friends with some cis men. Yet who got beat up and verbally and physically abused? Who was threatened daily? Me. Not our cis friends, me. Because I chose to be a man and so I deserved to be abused because they hate all men. Yet they were okay with being friends with me because I wasn't a cis man. So I wasn't man enough for them to not want to be around me but I was man enough to be abused. Fucking hate transphobia and people who mask it by claiming to be feminists and progressive.

i love queerplatonic relationships where one of them is aroace and the other isn't. i love when the allo character has a crush that fades over time. i love when they don't care what they are to each other as long as they're together. i love when romance is an option that they don't choose. i love when both aros and allos feel fulfilled without romance or sex.

You know, when I've remarked that a lot of the responses to my posts feel like people are just plucking out keywords they think they recognise based on the shape of them and replying to what they imagine the post says based on that, the possibility never occurred to me that this is actually how many American schools are currently teaching kids to read.

Like, my assumption this whole time has been that when folks go "I misunderstood this post that says [thing] as saying [unrelated thing] because I mistook [word] for [completely different word that happens to start with the same letter]", that was a bit. What do you mean they're teaching kids a reading method that's tailored to produce this exact error?
