[HENSHIN] Mercury Crystal Power Make-Up (Version 2).

In the short special that accompanied the SuperS Movie, Ami’s super transformation was reanimated with new footage.

The sequence involved Ami holding her Crystal Change Rod up and shouting the command. A blue gem appeared on her forehead, which then emitted a small burst of energy. After Ami formed a circle of water around her, her body was swallowed by a whirlpool. Once the water dispersed, Sailor Mercury was wearing her entire sentofuku. Finally, she struck a new pose at the end.

This second transformation process was never used again in the anime.
