Zuko is just breakdancing at this point, I mean just look at him!
Zuko in the boiling rock episode:
It's the crowd standing around him in the second gif that does it.

EVA LONGORIA & MADISON DE LA GARZA as GABRIELLE SOLIS & JUANITA SOLIS in DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES (2004 - 2012) Season 7, Episode 4: "The Thing That Counts is What's Inside"
FROM, 4x08 "Heavy is the Head"
OKAY OKAY OKAY so when I realized I was going to have to write a lot of space battles, I did two things. The first was put a sticky note on my laptop that said THE ENEMY'S GATE IS DOWN (which, ugh, fuck OSC into the SUN), to remind myself that direction is both 1. important, and 2. relative, and then I watched approximately a billion hours of bait ball footage in David Attenborough documentaries, which helped me write battles in which all directions are possible.
(A bait ball, btw, is when teams of predators work together to eat small fish like anchovies, sardines, or lantern fish. Tuna, seals, sharks, dolphins, etc corral the fish into a ball at the surface, and then pick them off. Sometimes rays get involved. It's like a toothy, toothy dance. Gannets and boobies dive down from above. They can go 20m down! And then sometimes a whale comes up from the deep and swallows the whole thing. It is my favourite part of any nature documentary.)
This is one thing that really annoyed me reading Asimov's Foundation universe novels. His descriptions of military tactics make zero sense given the existence of hyperspace. For example, he describes a battle where the admiral has his ships surrounding the enemy on all sides - something like the bait ball being described here - except that since they use hyperspace to travel, they could just jump right out of the trap and appear outside of the surrounding vessels. In fact, interstellar battles in general wouldn't really make much sense. Naval battles make sense on Earth because you have to cross the actual physical sea to get from one point to another, and so you can logically intercept enemy ships, but if you're jumping from one point to another, that doesn't work. Interstellar space becomes pretty much irrelevant
He also describes an overall strategy that is similar to island-hopping and the use of blockades. Which again makes sense in actual naval warfare on Earth - you need to have support bases for supply lines - but with hyperspace doesn't make sense. You could just jump directly to the enemy capital bypassing outer worlds. In fact, political entities wouldn't really even need to be contiguous (though presumably it would be preferable to keep the parts near each other since it is implied that travel costs are greater for larger distances, so a polity consisting of a bunch of worlds scattered all over the galaxy might not work as well as one consisting of a group of nearby worlds economically)
It's like he forgot all about how his own system works and just treated space like a giant ocean, except 3D. Naval-inspired tactics only work if ships are actually traversing space itself. If you're using wormholes or hyperspace or something similar, you gotta use different tactics
