I like that theyre both instantly the first to react right before the 'where's kinger' line. pomni immediately clocks that something's wrong, probably filled with so much nerves for it all to work especially since she's been taking such a lead role in all of this. ragatha only takes a microsecond to flinch after, and I KNOW memories where she was fixating on ANY miniscule hint or clue of a change of tone from her mother was flashing behind her eye.

OH YEAH THAT REMINDS ME. it is absolutely not lost on me on that whenever it feels like their distraction is failing it is always RAGATHA who speaks up first to divert caine's attention back to them (and might i add genuinely sucking ass at it.)

and, not that it happens a lot over the course of the series, but this moment in episode 7 comes to my mind a lot too.

always pacifying, always soothing, always de-escalating, always mediating if anyone ever got too heated. gotta make sure to keep the peace, gotta make sure everyone stays safe, gotta make sure no one gets too mad.

Thinking about making an AU where Zooble breaks Caine so He's just in a state of his eyes being blue and red and basically dead weight.

But the thing is that Zooble DIDN'T do it on purpose, they just told him the truth again of his adventure not being good again as another attempt to reason with him. But Caine (takes place after ep 6, so he's very fragile) becomes so depressed to the point where he doesn't respond to anything, he's quiet and doesn't move at all.

Zooble freak outs, thinking the circus would collapse, but nothing happens, but is still panicked because he refuses to respond to anything so they have to cheer him up and hide it from everybody else because they'll get mad at them.

Like the whole time will be exploring Caine and Zooble angst, but it will have a goofy/silly tone/mood.

#plot twist - Caine was faking it and did it was a way to trick Zooble to do an adventure #But still appericates the effort/care that Zooble shows to cheer him up (Without Zooble knowing that it was an adventure) nonetheless #<- prev tags #WAILING #caine #zooble
