(TransCorpse) i know this term already exists, but damn, no good flags to it.
TransCorpse is a #TRANSID term for those beings who feel they should be a corpse or feel like one: for any reason.
Catch lice: okay, okaay, i know this feels weird, but this helps me so much with my dysphoria. Most of the bodies are infested with insects, in their decomposing states. So try and catch lice, pinworms, or any type of parasite that is not going to "hurt" you directly, also, you could try to get bugbites.
Sleep with the blanket over your head, or with a weighted blanket: This helps me to copy the action of being "buried" while i sleep. However, if you want to reach a higher level, I would recommend that if you have the budget, you buy a bed with a low ceiling, or some kind of roof for the bed, this will mimic the coffin.
Stumble when you walk: Relax your shoulders, drag your feet and let your head fell to the side, this will REALLY help to look like a corpse. I would also recommend putting some kind of weight on your feet or legs, such as wearing heavy shoes; this will help make your muscles feel heavy.
Makeup: Apply a much lighter shade of foundation than your own, especially on your lips: use a dark base to highlight the bones in your cheeks, and in general, the bones throughout your body. I recommend applying purple/red makeup to the under-eye area and joints (knuckles, knees), and for necrosis, use black or dark brown.
Your behavior: Speak slowly, making mistakes in several words, try to always be in a low posture, shoulders poorly placed, legs barely supporting your weight, in a generally bad posture, one that reminds of a zombie: regularly, stare at a fixed point, or stop talking, or roll your eyes, with your mouth slightly open... this will help.
