Bite uses it/its pronouns and is a persecutor… I don’t really know much about it since other alters won’t let me learn much :( It’s permaworshipper!

Evelyn uses she/her, sun/set, and dusk/dusks! She’s a soother and super sweet and loving! Sun’s trisgerman, transprincess, and the creator of this blog!

~ Take your time figuring out a ztyle! Tweenz are in an awkward life ztage zo never be afraid to be awkward! ~

~ When we were a tween we had chorez like cleaning our room and doing the dizhez, so find zome age appropriate chorez to do ~

Transplural/transDID tips 4 Elliot!!

~ BAH blogs are a GREAT place for alters, but I also recommend adding front triggers so you can do something to get your alter to front ~

~ A lot of systems journal things that happen to them, so write stuff down and try to assign an alter to it! ~

~ A headspace isn’t required, but it can help you communicate with your alters! We started making our headspace by just imagining a blank white room with the current fronters and kept slowly adding details until we were happy with it! ~

~ Since DID is usually caused by childhood trauma and I assume you’re past childhood, try making up past traumas, but slowly! DID forms to protect you from trauma so you won’t get all your traumas back at once, and the more you try to convince yourself happened at once the less of those memories will actually stick, and if you already have trauma you can always use that! ~

~ Save BAH templates for later stressful situations to get into the habit of splitting from stress or trauma ~

~ Let your alters have relationships with each other! This could be anything from Jason and Kipo always fighting over which show to watch to a group of animal alters forming a pack/herd together and always looking out for each other! ~

~ Think about what your brain would think it needs! If your trauma had a lot of dehumanization you may have many nonhuman alters! If you have hyperfixations on fiction you could have a lot of fictives! If you have another disorder you could have an alter to hold symptoms of it! ~
