hi uh i’m grey the deer ish alter so i’ll be doing this i hope it helps

- deer are big, bigger than you think

- there’s a reason there’s an entire trauma response named after fawns. when they hear loud noises or anything scary really, they drop immediately

- think of deer in the headlights they freeze

- they contain multitudes, cute soft animals and beasts of the forest

- there’s always things to help you connect, like diet, making yourself ears and horns, a tail, ect

- study the nesting patterns of your species of deer

- they really do contain multitudes

- sometimes you get glimpses of your previous life but you can’t talk about it

- as with all trace tips, my first two are always learn the language if you’re able and make traditional foods from the culture

- a nice thing about Norwegian is that it’s a very easy language to learn

- also study like traditions and their religion if they have one

- typically more reserved as a people

- not a super big cultural thing but football is pretty big there and they currently have possibly one of the greatest football players ever

- traditional clothing is important especially hand weaved ones

- their landscape is very important

- one of the places with the least light pollution in the world

transHeartless tips!!

- there are probably just two ways to be heartless, physically and emotionally

- in a physical sense that would involve a startling lack of warmth in your body, no heartbeat, breathing would be useless without your heart to pump your blood

- you’d be undead but certainly not in any traditional sense

- also gotta think about what caused you to lose your heart, did you die first? are you not dead just alive by sheer will? was that your cause of death

- in a more emotional sense, there are multiple mental illnesses that can cause folks to be somewhat heartless AVPD, ASPD, for some folks NPD, ODD, SPD, and probably more i’m not as familiar with

- i myself do not identify as cisheartless but instead cissoulless so i’m probably going to go more in that route-ish

- i’d say unfeeling but not in a malicious way but more in an almost horrific way. like you can’t feel anything no matter how much you want to

- like there’s something missing that you see in everyone else

- keep looking for something to fill the hole inside you but nothing will fill your lack of heart

- possibly you’ll keep trying more and more twisted and aggressive things to try to feel something

- possible memory loss due to not being able to attach any emotions to memories

- not being able to connect to media either or anybody because it all has something you just lack

just as a small note all the toddlers ive ever known are related to me nd they’re all weird and autistic just as a warning these are gonna be odd and niche

- wear cute dresses, overalls, stockings ect

- mini water bottle with juice in em

- if out to eat and you can, order from the kids menu

- pack tiny snacks, like goldfish, teddygrams, or animal crackers

- carry a small plushie with you

- listen to kids music/disney playlists

- get colouring books and crayons for when bored

- watch kids movies and cartoons

- if you have a bathtub, try to take bubble baths with toys, if not, bath crayons in the shower are fun

- have a favorite toy, stuffie, or blankie to carry around with you

- night lights are good so are cutesey clocks

- my cousins four nd he loves what he calls “crinkle pants” aka anything but sweatpants and he loves pockets

- most toddlers have their special interests and are allowed to vibrantly express their interests because its seen as a sign of intelligence

- my cousin (4) loves conducting music and garbage trucks, his brother (1) loves ants and most bugs

- four-five about the age where kids start typically being more intelligent but with a limited vocabulary for things they do recognise, that causes them to make up words for things based on what they know and they’re often funny and very smart

- the age where they wanna be little adults but also don’t

- they say the most out of pocket things ie. “I’m tired of praying to god to get better, the only thing that can help me now is a sucker.” from my four year old cousin

- at this age, they have no fear until parents/older siblings teach them

- at five, we were obsessed with a documentary on the spinosaurus, mike wazoysky (or as he was affectionately known, mikeyowsky), and terrible kids movies

- my brother’s was drumming, bears, and specifically Appaloosa horses

- always either sleepy or so awake
