I’m def for supporting artists, but this merch type of thing seems a little insane

I don’t blame the guys from this and I think the people who do need to re-evaluate the concept of marketing between the company vs the guys

Additionally this reminds me of the lightstick discourse we had a while back, where people immediately were up in arms about the new army bom that we got - which again, made sense considering we were past due for another one - but I did say that when you’re at the show the last thing you’re going to be worried about is your lightstick colors, that you’re going to be so immerse that you wouldn’t even notice it/ it wouldn’t matter.

There are some things that we don’t need to buy, these are wants and not needs, they’re not essentials.

So please, if people are up in arms about this, I just hope that there are people who are more logical when it comes to stuff like this - which is why I offered alternatives. A solution to a problem if you choose to purchase a turntable (record player)

and something that caught my attention was that there really seemed to be a genuine friendship between them. I’ve filmed with other groups where members stayed separate, but BTS were constantly talking and laughing. Especially Jungkook and Jimin they were talking, playing, and laughing together all the time. Do you think this was a joke? If so, I don’t really get it. I noticed J-Hope glances ever so slightly at Jungkook while smiling, but maybe it’s nothing. “Jimin and I showered together every morning” is a bit of a weird thing to say 😄

Basically it comes down to a couple things

1. Nudity in Asian countries is not weird or taboo at all. They hang out butt naked in bath houses all the time, it doesn't hold the same connotations as it does in western culture and so it doesn't hold the same sexual innuendo that western fans give it

2. BTS in particular have a severe lack of boundaries when it comes to nudity with each other, really probably stemming from when they were younger and in a 1 bedroom dorm, they only had so much shower time so they would shower all together in teams of 2,2,3 very often after practices lmfao. Tae even once posted a photo on Twitter of him hanging out in the bathtub with a naked Jimin, bubble bath and all, watching k dramas together. A photo Hobi later admitted to TAKING 🤣 and Jimin once said when he was showering, he felt a weird touch in between his legs when rinsing his hair and his first thought was that it was namjoon?! Tae talked about forcing JK out of his shell about being naked around the other guys when he was younger. JK talked about watching Hobi shower once.... So like they are absolute weirdos with each other

3. The actual Korean word Yoongi used was more similar to like washing up/getting ready for the day in terms of like sharing sink space when brushing teeth/washing face/etc and not necessarily showering. But we look to points 1 and 2 to understand why I wouldn't put showering together daily past them either lmao
