Azazel
He's a complex figure in demonology and religious history, best known as the biblical "scapegoat" and a leader of the fallen angels in the Book of Enoch. His mythos spans ancient desert rituals, apocryphal lore, and occult traditions.
1. The Biblical Scapegoat (Leviticus)
The Ritual: The High Priest used lots to select two goats—one "for the Lord" (a sin offering) and the other "for Azazel".
The Exile: The sins and transgressions of the Israelites were symbolically placed onto the second goat, which was then cast out into the rugged, desolate wilderness, effectively removing the community's guilt.
2. The Book of Enoch (Fallen Angel)
In non-canonical apocryphal texts, Azazel is named as the leader of the Watchers—a group of angels who descended to Earth and took human wives.
Forbidden Knowledge: Azazel is credited with teaching humanity metallurgy, how to forge weapons, and the art of warfare (along with cosmetics and jewelry).
Divine Punishment: According to the narrative, mankind became so corrupt from this knowledge that God commanded the angel Raphael to bind Azazel, throw him into a pit of jagged rocks in the wilderness of Dudael, and cover him in darkness until the Day of Judgment.
3. Goat-Demons (Se'irim)
In broader Semitic and ancient Israelite traditions, Azazel is considered the chief of the Se'irim (hairy demons or goat-demons). These were desert entities to whom primitive tribes would offer sacrifices in the wilderness.
4. Later Occult and Textual Depictions
Later grimoires, such as the Pseudomonarchia Daemonum and Dictionnaire Infernal, categorize Azazel within the hierarchy of Hell.
In these texts, he is often described as a bearer of the standard (a standard-bearer in demonic armies), a master of dark arts, and an entity associated with pride and wrath.
Why did Azazel fall from Heaven?
He revealed forbidden divine secrets to humans and taught them the art of warfare.
Weapons and Metallurgy: Azazel taught mankind how to make swords, knives, shields, and breastplates, while also showing them how to mine and manipulate precious metals and stones.
Cosmetics and Enchantment: He introduced the use of cosmetics, dyes, and various beautifying methods, which were traditionally not meant for humanity.
Corruption of Mankind: By giving humans weapons and teaching them to craft adornments, they became corrupted, violent, and vain.
These actions plunged the earth into chaos, God ordered the angel Raphael to bind Azazel hand and foot and cast him into the darkness of the desert to abide there forever.
What was Azazel's role?
His primary task assigned by Heaven was to watch over and guide humanity.
The Heavenly Assignment: As a leader of the Watchers (or Grigori), Azazel's original, holy purpose was to act as an angelic caretaker.
The Transgression: Instead of merely observing, he taught humans the art of war (swords, shields, breastplates), metallurgy, and the use of precious stones and pigments. He also taught women how to apply makeup and alter their appearance, which was viewed as teaching the "sinful art of deception".
The Punishment: According to the text, the violence and corruption caused by Azazel's teachings became so severe that the Archangel Michael, Uriel, Raphael, and Gabriel brought the matter before God. Archangel Raphael was subsequently tasked by God to bind Azazel hand and foot, cast him into the darkness of the desert of Dudael, and leave him there until the Day of Judgment.
My Own Portrayal of Azazel (not Hellaverse related)
I picked him as the candidate of the sin of wrath since I decided that Satan is Lucifer theologically. Well according to the information that he taught humanity how to make weapons, I made him a fighter and a weapons dealer in Hell teaching the demons how to fight. He's basically similar to Archangel Michael in a sense but wrathful about it. After so many years, he's bitter and resentful towards Heaven for kicking him out because he felt that humanity has the right to defend themselves against danger/threats.
Azazel having a pet goat comes from the fact a ritual that the Israelite community removed all their sins and impurities to send them away into the wilderness. While in his banishment in the desert, a goat wandered where he was and he took a liking to it.
The goat then transformed into it's almost demonic form by Lucifer/Satan to survive thr harsh hot temperatures of Hell when Azazel brought it with him.
Beelzebub
A high-ranking entity in demonology, widely recognized as the "Lord of the Flies" and a prince of Hell. His lore spans from an ancient Philistine fertility god to one of the most powerful demons in Christian theology, closely associated with the sins of gluttony and pride.
Canaanite Deity: Originally worshiped in the Philistine city of Ekron as Ba'al Zebul, meaning "Lord of the High House" or "Prince". He was petitioned for fertility and protection from disease.
Before falling from grace and becoming a high-ranking demon in Hell, Beelzebub was originally known as Ba'al Zebul (or Baal-zebub), an ancient Philistine god from the city of Ekron. In ancient times, the name meant "lord of the fly" or "lord of the high place/dwelling".
The Testament of Solomon: In this ancient text, he identifies himself as a former leading heavenly angel associated with the evening star (Hesperus/Venus).
Christian Demonology: He is often described as having been a high-ranking Seraph or Cherub in the heavenly host before rebelling alongside Lucifer.
the name was deliberately corrupted by early Jewish writers to "Ba'al-zebul" (meaning "lord of dung") to degrade the pagan deity into a symbol of false gods
How the name was evolved
Ba'al Zebul (Original): Worshiped in the Philistine city of Ekron. In early Semitic languages, "Ba'al" simply meant "Lord"
Ba'al Zebub (Insult): Israelites changed the ending to zebub (meaning flies) as a pun to mock the pagan deity as a pest.
Beelzeboul / Beelzebub: Used in the New Testament as an epithet for Satan or the "prince of demons".
What type of angel was Beelzebub and what role he had in demonology?
In Christian demonology and occult lore, Beelzebub is traditionally classified as a Seraph—one of the highest-ranking and most glorious of God's celestial beings. As a former Seraph, he was tasked to sing praises to God ceaselessly.
Why did Beelzebub fell from Heaven?
In traditional Christian theology and literature, Beelzebub fell from heaven because of pride and rebellion against God. He followed Lucifer in a heavenly uprising, believing he could equal or supersede God's power, which led to their expulsion.
Theological Consensus: In the Encyclopedia Britannica, Beelzebub is recognized as a fallen angel and prince of darkness. Like other demonic figures in this tradition, his descent is attributed to the sin of pride and the desire to usurp the throne of God. He and other rebel angels were cast down into Hell following the heavenly war.
Literary Depiction (Paradise Lost): In John Milton's epic poem, Beelzebub is Lucifer’s second-in-command. He falls from heaven alongside Lucifer after being corrupted by pride and ambition. In this narrative, his fall took "nine times the space that measures day and night," and upon hitting the Abyss, his collision helped forge the fiery terrain of Hell.
Historical Origins: Before being incorporated into Christian demonology, Beelzebub was originally Baal-zebub, the supreme Philistine god of fertility and war worshiped in the city of Ekron. With the rise of Jewish monotheism, his status was degraded from a pagan deity to a false god and ultimately a symbol of supreme evil and the "Lord of the Flies".
My Own Portrayal of Beelzebub (not Hellaverse Related)
I made her to be mukbang influencer since she's very gluttonous (she embodies the sin itself). She's food motivated meaning that she won't do things unless being bribed with food that she'll agree, no matter it good or bad. Her metabolism is very high that her body always needs nutrients that her demonic flies periodically change her IV bag while she sleeps.
She has the appearance of a humanoid insectoid but demonic looking and has a monstrous fly form when she's enraged.
Mammon
In demonology, Mammon is the personification of wealth, greed, and avarice. While originally just an Aramaic word for "money," he evolved into a prominent figure in Christian tradition, widely recognized today as one of the Princes of Hell and the ultimate representation of the Seven Deadly Sins.
Biblical Roots: The word mammon appears in the New Testament (most notably in the Gospels of Matthew and Luke). Jesus warns, "You cannot serve both God and mammon," using the term to describe material wealth and the greedy pursuit of gain.
Personification: Early theologians like Saint Jerome and John Chrysostom sometimes personified Mammon as an evil master or false idol. By the Middle Ages, he was fully cemented as a demon of greed.
Infernal Hierarchy: In Peter Binsfeld’s 16th-century classification of demons, Mammon rules over the sin of Greed.
Is Mammon a personification of greed or was an angel?
Mammon is fundamentally a personification of wealth, greed, and avarice rather than a traditional biblical angel. However, in mythological lore, literature, and popular media, Mammon is commonly categorized as a Fallen Angel who became one of the Princes of Hell. The exact rank and type of angel he was prior to the fall vary depending on the specific mythology.
Classical Demonology: In John Milton's Paradise Lost, Mammon is a fallen angel who was formerly in the highest ranks of heaven, obsessed with the physical gold of its streets before falling alongside Lucifer.
Theology/Occultism: In various occult hierarchies, he is sometimes associated with a former Seraph or Throne who traded his divine devotion for the love of earthly riches.
Because "Mammon" primarily serves as an allegorical representation of greed rather than an established angelic name in early scripture, his identity as a fallen angel belongs to later adaptations and medieval demonology.
If Mammon was an angel what was his original angel name and what type of angel was he?
In traditional Judeo-Christian demonology, Mammon does not have a distinct angelic name.
Historical Origins: Early Christian writers, including John Chrysostom, personified Mammon as an entity but did not assign him an alternate angelic identity. Later works like John Milton’s Paradise Lost solidified Mammon as a fallen angel, but he retained the same name.
The type of angel he was depending on what theology was either a Seraph or a Throne. If he was a Seraph angel then he was tasked to continuously surround the throne of God, singing His praises, and proclaiming His supreme holiness. If he was a Throne angel then he was tasked of carrying the throne of God and maintaining the cosmic order and natural laws of the universe.
My Own Portrayal of Mammon (not Hellaverse related)
I deliberately portrayed my own Mammon as looking like a sleazy businessman or a conman. He got himself wealthy due that he scammed humans for many years that he keeps his money in a hidden safe in Hell.
He would always count them to see if he's missing an amount that he'll write it down on his notebook. He'll be coming up with strategies to scam others in different ways.
Leviathan
Most famously known as a giant sea serpent or chaos monster from ancient mythology. In Christian demonology, Leviathan is classified as the demon of Envy and is counted among the seven Princes of Hell corresponding to the seven deadly sins.
Chaos Monster: Originating in ancient Canaanite and Jewish folklore, Leviathan represents primordial chaos, the untamable ocean, and a formidable enemy of order.
The Book of Job: The Bible describes Leviathan as a terrifying, fire-breathing sea creature with impenetrable scales, symbolizing forces too powerful for humans to control.
The "Leviathan Spirit": In modern spiritual and deliverance ministries, it is often viewed less as a literal creature and more as a high-ranking demonic spirit that operates through pride, deception, and the twisting of communication.
Demonic Classifications
Prince of Hell: In classic demonology classifications (such as those by Peter Binsfeld), Leviathan represents Envy.
Fallen Angel: In some medieval lore and occult hierarchies, the beast is said to be a fallen Seraphim who rebelled alongside Lucifer.
Grand Admiral: Demonologists like Johann Weyer categorized Leviathan as the Grand Admiral of Hell's maritime regions.
Why was Leviathan (sea monster) created?
In Judeo-Christian theology, God created the Leviathan—a fearsome, untamable sea monster—primarily to display His supreme, unmatched power. Theologically, the beast serves as a symbol of untamable chaos, a representation of primordial forces, and a metaphor for evil that only God has the power to defeat.
Beyond the biblical text, Jewish tradition (such as the Talmud) expands on this, stating that God originally created both a male and female Leviathan. To prevent them from multiplying and destroying the world, God killed the female and preserved her flesh for the righteous in the world to come.
In Psalm 104:26, God is praised for creating the vast seas specifically so the Leviathan could "frolic" (or play) in them. In the Book of Job, Chapter 41, God uses the fearsome power of the Leviathan to remind Job of His absolute supremacy. If human beings cannot control or tame this beast, only the Creator can. In Isaiah 27:1, the Leviathan is also used as a symbol for cosmic evil or the enemies of God, which God will ultimately defeat.
My Own Portrayal of Leviathan (not Hellaverse related)
I made my own Leviathan as this diva and quite flamboyant although in an arrogant manner. He loves to brag about what he has that he deem superior than anyone's especially when it comes to materialistic items whether be expensive looking things.
He's also very vain in his appearance that he always follows his own strict routine in maintaining his scales clean and tidy. When someone outshines him on anything, he would treat them as competition and be trying to one up them.
Leviathan definitely loves to go shopping for fashionable outfits like the many he has in his closet and accessories. He would be a hater on social media always getting himself in drama with users. He has the ability to shift between his humanoid and sea monster form at will.

Belphegor
In traditional demonology, Belphegor was originally an angel of the order of Principalities before falling from Heaven. Following the fall, he transformed into one of the Seven Princes of Hell and became the demon primarily associated with the sin of sloth.
Why did Belphegor fell from Heaven?
In demonology and mythology, Belphegor (the Archdemon of Sloth) fell from Heaven for his absolute neutrality during Lucifer's rebellion. When Lucifer waged war against God, Belphegor refused to join the rebellion, but he also refused to fight for God's army, choosing instead to remain idly on the sidelines.
What was Belphegor's role as an angel in Heaven?
As a former Principality angel named Belfagel he was tasked with protecting and governing entire nations, cities, and institutions plus guiding world leaders, inspire human creativity, and overseeing the lower ranked angels basically a diplomat.
My Own Portrayal of Belphegor (Not Hellaverse related)
I made him be actually lazy and apathetic since Vivziepop's portrayal of her own Belphegor rubbed me the wrong way because she made her have what it seems narcolepsy which is a sleep disorder. My own Belphegor spends most of his time and days in his lair doing whatever, he very rarely comes out that the other deadly sins have to go get him.
You can say that he's a geek due that his interests are anime, manga, comics, and video games. He doesn't get himself into any type drama, he's not interested in being in it whether directly or not hence why he has a neutral stance on things that doesn't concern him personally.
Asmodeus
Asmodeus is traditionally identified as a fallen Seraph (or a Throne) who rebelled alongside Lucifer. In both Jewish and Christian demonology, he is known as the King of Demons and the personification of lust and wrath.
The Order of Thrones: Pope Gregory the Great (6th century) explicitly named Asmodeus as formerly belonging to the Order of Thrones before his fall.
The Order of Seraphim: Later occult and religious texts, such as the Grimoire of Pope Honorius, often describe him as a former Seraph who, like Lucifer, was blinded by pride.
The Book of Tobit: While not explicitly called an angel in this text, he is described as the "worst of demons" who plagues a woman named Sarah, and is ultimately bound by the Archangel Raphael.
What was his role as an angel in Heaven?
He was once a Seraph angel by the name of Asmodel according to traditional demonology and folklore. As a former Seraph, his role was to dwell closest to the Father's throne and ceaselessly singing praises to him. He was also known as the Angel of Patience and the ruling angel of April.
Why did Asmodeus fall from Heaven?
He allied himself with Lucifer and defied divine authority. The belief that Asmodeus fell from heaven as an angel—specifically a former seraph, cherub, or throne who rebelled alongside Lucifer—stems from later Jewish folklore, medieval demonology (such as the Lesser Key of Solomon), and occult literature, rather than text.
My Own Portrayal of Asmodeus (Not Hellaverse Related)
I made his lustful personality like that of Panty from PASWG and he's a party animal as well. I purposely made him look like a player because he treats his one night flings as nothing more than a thrill to him.
He dislikes being in relationships himself because he finds them boring and unfulfilling especially monogamous ones. I did see how most people portray their own Asmodeus as intersex but I went a different route with him, I made him genderfluid in a literal sense.
He can change his gender depending on who he'll have sex with by sensing their aura. If a man is gay then he'll stay in his default masculine form. If a woman is a lesbian, then he'll turn into a woman.
Lucifer/Satan
In Christian theology, Lucifer is widely identified as a fallen cherub—specifically an "anointed covering cherub". While the Bible does not explicitly use the word "angel" to describe his original rank, he is depicted as one of the highest, most beautiful, and powerful celestial beings created by God.
Lucifer fell from heaven because of pride and a desire to be equal to God. According to traditional interpretations of scripture, his beauty and high status led him to rebel, culminating in a divine expulsion where God cast him out.
Core Reasons for the Fall:
The Sin of Pride: Lucifer, considered one of the highest and most beautiful of the angels, became intoxicated with his own splendor and wisdom.
Desire for Supremacy: He refused to remain a servant and actively sought to usurp God's authority, famously declaring intentions like, "I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High".
Deception of Other Angels: His ambition corrupted him and he successfully swayed a third of the heavenly angels to join in his mutiny, resulting in a celestial war and subsequent banishment.
What was his role as an angel before his fall?
Lucifer was a cherub angel meaning that his task was to guard sacred, holy places to keep away sin and corruption especially where the Father dwells plus where Heaven and Earth overlap.
Why did Lucifer changed his name to Satan?
Once this figure rebelled out of pride and fell from heaven, he was stripped of his glorious, light-bearing title. He became known as Satan, reflecting his new eternal role as God's primary adversary.
My Own Portrayal of Lucifer/Satan (Not Hellaverse related)
I kept his prideful demeanor who he's based of off although he can be campy with his adoptive daughter in a rather affectionate manner but still is a threat. He lavishes being on top and calling all the shots in Hell, he can do whatever he wants that he takes glee on doing unimaginable things to sinners whom he views them very lowly, he's also very sadistic towards them.
The reason why he rebelled in my take besides pride is that he was also bored doing his dead end role of being a cherub angel in his opinion.
Disclaimer: Not affiliated with the Hellaverse
I thought on how Asmodeus' dragon would look like and here he is in this picrew, I've named him Hell Fyre
I've did more on Asmodeus and it says that in classical demonology, he's frequently associated with a dragon. In grimoires and mythology, he is traditionally depicting riding an infernal dragon and is heavily tied to serpent and imagery.
The Lesser Key of Solomon: In the Ars Goetia, King Asmodeus (or Asmoday) is described as having three heads—one of a bull, one of a man, and one of a ram—along with a serpent's tail and webbed, goose-like feet. The text explicitly states that he rides upon a fierce inferno dragon
Dictionnaire Infernal: In Collin de Plancy's 1818 French encyclopedia of demonology, Asmodeus is depicted riding a lion that features dragon-like wings and a neck, further cementing his draconian, destructive, and lustful associations.
Testament of Solomon: In this ancient text, Asmodeus tells King Solomon that he is known by various titles, including "the Great Bear" and "the Offspring of a Dragon".
Fun Facts:
Hell Fyre has been taken in by Asmodeus sometime after the latter was banished from Heaven
He was originally an ordinary a fire breathing dragon but Asmodeus had Lucifer/Satan to put a spell on him in order for him to survive the very harsh scorching temperature of Hell the dragon can't handle giving altering his appearance
Can turn between his anthropomorphic appearance and feral forms at will due to the magic casted on him plus gained sapience
Is the only dragon living in hell and has the role of being Asmodeus' bodyguard plus mode of transportation
In his anthropomorphic form, he's a bit taller by five feet than his superior and other demons
Hell Fyre is quite a fighter hence why he has scars running across his mouth
A maker for a dragon head! Have fun experimenting with many different colours and parts.
Disclaimer: Don't go send threats, harassment nor dox idolomantises. It's just me sharing my opinions about them. Also, don't spam them unwarranted pics of dark sensitive topics in their DMs, that's still harassment.
I saw a TADC critical blog did a shout out to idolomantises on their review of episode 8 of TADC and curiously went to the comments section, a user had something interesting to say about the artist.
You know, I realize that idolomantises blocked me here on this app because before then I could see their blog. I have a suspicion that they blocked me after my comment on their post saying that the Hellaverse stans were being nasty to them about their upcoming own portrayal of Stolas that I said "Don't listen to them, I bet your own Stolas will be better than the Hellaverse's" something among those lines to be supportive.
I guess idolomantises took offense to that I mentioned the Hellaverse. I agree that they seem to hate the Hellaverse that much to block anyone who is affiliated with it fans or not. It's, uh, hypocritical that they block people who interacted with the Hellaverse while they themselves posted a lot about it in a critical way according to the user.
I dunno, it kinda soured my view on idolomantises a bit though. I still like their work but reading this made me have mixed views on the artist which is unfortunate. I want to say something to anyone who sees this.
I myself am not even in the fandom (don't like it) but that doesn't stop me from criticizing the shows/characters nor will I be a hypocrite to block people who talk about it while I'm doing the exact same thing as they are.
Idolomantises having that much vitriol against the Hellaverse is too much. I understand that not everyone likes the series but to overreact when someone mentions it even in a supportive manner is odd. They could've at least politely told people here not to compare their own portrayal of the demons and angels to the Hellaverse and/or not mention the series instead. I have a feeling that they're just that overly sensitive like another user told me, I agree with them.

🚨🚨THIS IS NOT A DRILL!! GODZILLA DESTORY ALL MONSTERS MELEE IS BEING REMASTERED!! I REPEAT, GODZILLA DESTORY ALL MONSTERS MELEE IS BEING REMASTERED!!🚨🚨
I just heard the news that Godzilla Destory All Monsters Melee is being remastered for the Nintendo Switch 2. From what I understand after reading an article, it says that it's going to have all the 12 monsters from the original (Xbox version). And it's going to have a new online multiplayer feature. And it's going to get an HD makeover.
This is cool but honestly, I wanted a remastered or remake of the other Pipeworks Godzilla games. Godzilla Save the Earth & Godzilla Unleashed. But who knows, maybe those two games will get remastered in the future.
Source: https://nintendoeverything.com/godzilla-destroy-all-monsters-melee-remastered-leaks-for-nintendo-switch-2/
Yawn.
She definitely has teeth :D
My family has called me aggressive although I disagree on that, it's more that I'm assertive than anything. I think it's the way I both talk to them and my body language that probably made them feel intimidated but I don't give a fuck on what they say or think about me. I'm following what one of my older sisters said to me "Believe what you want believe" and I'm taking that to heart, it also extends to people who may not like me for whatever reason that it helps dealing with unpleasant people.
I do have suppressed rage that I'm channeling it in a healthy way on my assertiveness it seems. If I do come off as indirectly mean that I unintentionally hurt/offend people then I'll tone it down even apologize. I've been very vocal on my wants, needs and opinions towards my family and my best friend. If people get offended on what I say that they don't like especially the Hellaverse then oh well, not my problem. The very same sister who told me that advice has a "I don't give a fuck" attitude and I have been hanging out with her that it influenced me.
Happy Birthday, Anguirus. Today is the 70th anniversary of Godzilla Raids Again, the first of many sequels that would lead to the spawning of the greatest kaiju franchise ever known. But, along with this anniversary, comes the anniversary of Godzilla's first rival, but also his closest and best buddy, Anguirus. Anguirus is an ankylosaurid kaiju who for most of his appearances helps Godzilla in any way he can, though being basically powerless compared to the king of the monsters.
But, to honor this day, Godzilla decided to take Anguirus on a day out to Osaka, where they first thought in an urban city, but they end up spending the day gladly beating the 💩 out of King Ghidorah, which the two of them end up feeling great about, and ends a great day for Anguirus and Godzilla. I hope to draw them and others more in the future, but until then, enjoy!
Here’s the Timelapse video (as shown in this video, Rodan was going to appear, but I decided to cut him out, but he’ll be the main duo’s wingman in their next appearance, get it 😁).

And, one last thing, and I’m open to comments to see if you can get this reference. Enjoy!
Here’s my first Godzilla art for 2025. It’s of Heisei Godzilla and his son, Godzilla Junior. I’m not 100% satisfied with a few body parts/proportions and mostly their heads/faces, but practice makes perfect, so I’ll draw more of them and their fellow kaiju as the year goes on. Until then, Enjoy!
Happy Father’s Day!
