Like guys, I love Jack he’s very talented Gabe is a great character yeah, but it kinda rubs me the wrong way when people make the whole show abt him. You mean to tell me you watched an entire musical centered around a (very well written) depressive bipolar woman and her battle with grief, as well as the impact her situation has on her family, and decided the most interesting part was the hallucinated manifestation of her dead son? I do think Gabe is a very interesting character to analyze but Diana is meant to be the focus, and I really wish she got more love. Cassie Levy is an absolutely phenomenal actress, and I don’t think many people acknowledge how complex her role is. I am a hardcore Diana fan so I may be biased, just felt like sharing.
