Listen, our main man Gunn was just hustling through this life one night in his car at a time. The tides of change came in the shape of a lottery ticket that took him from zero to hero-- if by โheroโ you mean millionaire. Once the initial shock wore off, Gunn looked for the one thing heโd never had: a real home.
Finding Havensdale must have been fate. He bought up some land and got to work on building his dream house. The folks in Havensdale were quick to welcome him-- a special shoutout to his best gal pal, Harper Belhaven, for saving his ass (naked and otherwise) multiple times. Gunn became a friend, a neighbour, a patron of Franksโ bar and the stool just in front of Erica Cruz.
Man... Gunn thought heโd seen it all, heard it all, done it all until he met Erica. From the moment they met, he was hooked. There was just something between them, a magnetism, a recognition-- a bond. They played cat and mouse until eventually they got it together. Just in time for Gunn to be bitten by a werewolf and show up on Ericaโs doorstep, bleedinโ.
Thankfully, Gunn lived through the first full moon and with Ericaโs (a shifter) help, made the transition into supernatural life. Things were going pretty good for them... until the mysterious, weird-as-all-hell, supernatural pregnancy. Erica- his Erica- was pregnant. Then she was really pregnant. And then it was prom night and she was giving birth to their baby (or gremlin, who knew)-- all over the space of a few weeks, never mind months!!
It might have been totally, fuckinโ, bonkers but... Gunn was a dad. However it happened, that was their little person. Everything changed and then it changed again once Founders Festival hit. When all hell broke loose, their little person disappeared. Up and vanished. Was taken. Things moved quickly, with Erica and Rose moving underground with the Resistance for their own safety. Havensdale was no longer safe and their dad was a bad guy.
Weeks turn to months, which turn to years and one thing is clear: Gunn has to find their kid. โIโm not running, Iโm not hidingโ-- He loves Erica, but he had to leave. Now, outside the dome, Gunn is putting every resource, every dollar he has into finding out what happened to their supernatural gremlin.
Dead end after dead end, and Gunn finally caught a break. Hereโs the kicker, though-- the lead has taken him right back to goddamn Havensdale Valley, Connecticut. (The call was coming from inside the house...). And you wanna know something else? He never did get to finish building his house.
