to return energy back to the sender

- a black candle

- oil of choice

using the oil of choice, dress your candle in the salt and pepper. take care and time with this process, and leave it to set for a few minutes.

once it’s set, put the candle into an adequate holder and light it.

say to the candle and the universe “all energy sent to me will be returned times three, i am unaffected by indignity”

repeat as many times as needed, imagine yourself completely surrounded by an impenetrable boundary.

- rose petals, oil, or facial mist

- a spray bottle

- sun water

- a mirror

in the spray bottle, mix together the sun water and rose petals or oil with a gentle shake. if you have a facial mist, skip this step.

hold the bottle in your hand, and envision some things that you think are beautiful but aren’t human. think of sunsets, or maybe your favorite painting, and concentrate all that energy into your bottle.

once you feel you’ve put the most energy you can into the bottle, gently spray your mirror with the mist.

once it’s done spraying, you can use a paper towel to get any spots off the mirror if needed.

allow yourself to look into the mirror, admiring any wonderful qualities you can see that are illuminated.

- a selection of herbs in spice bottles

- a selection of essential oils

*note, you only need 3 of each item. if you don’t have a category, you can skip it.

placing these items in front of you, each separated by their categories, close your eyes and mix them up so you have no recollection of which items are which.

once you have them properly messed up, close your eyes and hover your hands over the crystals. take your time. it could take you 10 seconds or 10 minutes- give yourself grace in your selections. allow yourself to feel attracted to one of them and set it aside.

now, do the same with the herbs and essential oils.

once you’ve selected your items, open your eyes. consult the internet or your list of meanings and see what these crystals, oils, and herbs mean. this is what your intuition is trying to tell you.

- a handheld item they touched, owned, or gave to you

take the item, hold in your hands, and feel their lingering energy

while feeling the energy, allow yourself to open up to the universe through your head and send that energy up

envision the energy, whether it be dark or light, turn into a flower

notice what type of flower it is, what color, and what makes it beautiful, even if it’s broken or dead

watch the flower float up into the universe, away from you, and return to where it came.

-honey

-a large cracker of choice

make the sigil using this website, by typing in “sweetness in my life” or any variation you see fit.

once you make the sigil, draw it onto the cracker. focus your energy into this.

you can easily draw it on using your finger, or even a chopstick. it doesn’t need to be large or easily visible to the eye.

once you’re done drawing it, put your positive energy into it. think about what kind of sweetness you want... maybe more hugs from a partner, maybe some affirmation from a friend.

once you feel good about it, eat the cracker. notice it as it enters your system, and the way it makes you feel.

-greek yogurt

-honey

-the full moon

in a bowl, mix your greek yogurt and honey. make about a spoonful.

use a bit more greek yogurt than honey to avoid stickiness.

smear this on your face, like a face mask

once you put the mask on, sit in the moonlight. as the moon to lend you her beauty.

once it dries down, wash it off. I recommend a bath, so you can soak in the energy you’ve collected.

you will need a drawstring bag, mesh or any material will do.

use any of these materials you can find in any amount you wish:

-basil

-dandelion (dry before, but it can also dry in a well ventilated bag)

-lavender

-thyme

-salt (also good for drying and preserving any of the fresh herbs in the bag)

-dill weed

-clove

add any or all of these crystals:

-amethyst

-clear quartz

-onyx 

-tigers eye

put these inside the bag and shake well while reciting either out-loud or inside your head:

-I am safe

-I am protected

-I am loved

-I am cared for

or any other mantras and affirmations that you like to say to yourself. 

carry this bag in your purse, pocket, or anywhere close whenever you wish. 

you can also attach this to a necklace, piece of twine or thick thread and wear it. 

It’s also possible you could sew it into a jacket lining, just be careful when washing.

light the candles and knot the strings together. 

as you do so, watch the fire burn. 

tug on the knot

the red string represents the person and the black string represents you. 

burn the knot and see as they are no longer connected to you. 

once you blow out the candles drip the melted wax into it along with the red string

bury the jar deep into the ground, preferably with a rock over it

-honey/sugar

-a glass of fruit tea. warm but not hot

-a beautiful, edible flower

-ice

-stir the honey in the tea clockwise with the flower stem. 

once you feel satisfied with the assimilation of the honey/sugar, place the flower in along with the ice. 

allow yourself to drink in the sweetness. 

breathe it in. enjoy the experience. allow it to fill you whole. 

when you are done with your drink, use the left over ice and put it in a jar and leave the flower stem in the jar. 

-white candle

-white salt

put the salt on the candle and as you watch it burn, tell the spirits that wish to come to you that those only of the highest good may.

visualize as much as possible light and happiness.

let the candle run until it is out. a tea light candle is thus suggested.

-label the zodiac sign it was harvested under

-find the correspondences based on moon phase and zodiac sign

-a stone you find most beauty in, or inspiration (citrine, jasper, tigers eye and lapis lazuli may be most helpful property-wise)

put the medium under or north of the candle

put the stone closest to you, no matter direction facing

-a stack of money (no specifics)

hold the money in your hand

firmly roll it if they are bills, stack and put between 2 fingers if coins

set yourself down, in any position most comfortable on the floor, in a preferably dark and quiet room
