I have not watched anything recent from RWBY but I still follow RWBY blogs and I just saw someone say about how team RWBY evolved in their fighting skills that they got to Pyrrha's level and even surpassed her. And it's been - I don't know, 7 years? since they killed Pyrrha, and yet there was still a part of me that said "because she's dead. What she could've been if she weren't."

I mean, she wouldn't have been anything, I know. Pyrrha was dead from the beginning and she was meant to die. I guess it just still hurts a bit. And I guess I just still wish she had more.

Day 3 of Fair Game Week: Family/Weapons

This is a mess but I just wanted to draw Qrow's family (╥﹏╥)

At first it was just Clover, STRQ and the nieces but then I asked myself "What really is a family ?" and I immediately added the rest of team RWBY, followed closely by JNPR, Penny, Robyn (jail pal yay) and Zwei BECAUSE THEY'RE ALL FAMILY OKAY ???

Almost forgot Oscar (IM SO SORRY I LOVE YOU) but now he's here and everything is fine

Day 7: AU

I decided to go with an ATLA AU, where Clover is an earthbender and part of the earth kingdom’s military, and Qrow is a waterbender who was also trained in bloodbending as a child. The two of them meet when a spread of murders done through bloodbending happen in the earth kingdom. Once Qrow had heard about it, he went to investigate because he is worried it might be someone from his old tribe, meanwhile Clover is looking for the culprit, too. They end up working together and Qrow struggles to keep his past hidden from Clover.
